He was super friendly and helpful. Once I got what I was after, I wandered around the store, which was well kept, well stocked, organized and clean. At checkout, Jordan, was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid local Ace Hardware. While I am not in White House too often, when I do find myself in the area and after some hardware related goods, I would definitely swing back through.

Staff was most helpful and we found what we wanted quickly. Besides mulch we also bought a hose timer, an adorable bird house and some seeds. I'm a veteran so I get 10% off. You have to register for this but it's easy and they can help you at the cash register if you need help. And HD's are dog friendly. Dogs love it here!

I have picked up everything from nuts/bolts, to tools, wood, paint and light fixtures here. The service here was decent. Was passed a few times on the floor without being acknowledged, but when I sought someone out they were good to help. Completed self-check and the Associate there wished us well as we left. Went to this Lowe's to return/exchange a faulty Kobalt lawn mower. Waited an hour for all the buck-passing until a "manager" finally told me 'their systems were outdated' so they could not process the return. I know computers might be tough to handle if you're a Lowe's employee, but the lack of service here was inexcusable. I was in the store for an hour with zero resolution, misinformation from the "supervisors" and of course all the waiting waiting waiting in an otherwise empty store. Managers passed me by without a word or a glance as they walked out to get their McDonald's. Drove 2 miles north to the Lowe's on E Campbell Street and the exchange was made in 5 minutes. Guess this location has better computers? Nah, probably just better employees.... thanks for nothing, Lowe's..... NEVER AGAIN :)

I ended up buying hose fittings, a file, a carabiner, some seeds, sandpaper, polyurethane and some gloves. The service was very helpful especially in finding the fittings.
