As a homeowner it is refreshing to find any type of home maintenance, construction, service business that clearly " Says what it does & Does what it says"! My experience with them was excellent from the start when I called for a quote from Amanda to the finish when Angel and Eric came to do work. They did an exceptional job cleaning my roof and gutters which was challenging to say the least as I have an 8-12 pitched roof. After they cleaned all of the debris from my roof and gutters Angel then did an exceptional job of cleaning the debris from my deck and yard . And they hauled the debris away! The last company I had clean my roof did NOT remove the debris and charged the same price. Eric inspected my gutters and gave me several options for repairing/replacing and improving how my gutters work - they have never worked well because of all the Redwood leaf debris that constantly clogs them up. Eric had a great solution that will keep my gutters working and prevent further problems. I had Eric over to do some power washing and window cleaning to the front of our house. We live close to the ocean so we had a ton of salt and grime that had built up along with an impressive amount of dog hair on the deck. He handled it like a total pro and with in about an hour and forty-five minutes, we were sparkling. I will use Eric again because he was timely, polite, tolerated my dog wanted to help him, and he's into restoring vintage trailers. Great quality of work and very helpful. We've had Eric from Gutter Patrol and Windownshine every year, twice a year, for the past four years to clean our windows. They return calls promptly and book appointments on Saturday--a big plus for me. The prices are very reasonable. Eric does great work taking care to disassemble my windows and screens, clean them, and put it all back together. He leaves the work site, cleaning up when he is finished. This year he also cleaned our gutters. This involved scooping out the plant material, washing the gutters down, and cleaning up the mess. At first I thought his rate for this was high, given that I don't actually mind cleaning gutters, whereas I hate cleaning windows. However, I do have alot of gutter linear footage and it did take him a couple of hours. So in the end, it all seemed quite reasonable. read more

Eric is friendly, efficient, diligent about the quality of his work and dog friendly. A little back-story: I originally booked them in May-2017 for power washing the exterior of the house, concrete & fence and washing windows. I was scheduled for mid-August. But, I had to postpone the morning Eric was scheduled to arrive because I came down with a sudden illness. No problem. I have been on GutterPatrol's monthly service for about a year or so, which was set up shortly after my kitchen had flooded from a clogged drain on the roof. It was very easy to set up this service and Amanda is very responsive and promptly replies with quotes or answers to inquiries. They are reliable and go above and beyond to troubleshoot issue. For example, I came home the other (very rainy) evening to find Eric and his crew under my house determining whether all my drain pipes were functioning properly.
