This was not my experience with some of the other roofing companies who felt rushed or were asking me to cut corners. In contrast, ELM gave me several alternatives before we zeroed on to a torchdown roof. Next, Rodrigo and Lincon were very communicative on our group chat and kept me apprised of the progress throughout, including tons of photos. Rodrigo was also very proactive in dealing with the city for permits as well as clarifications etc, which happened several times since our city is one of the stricter ones. During all this, we had a running clock since we were in contract to sell the house, but Rodrigo and company kept things in motion, sometimes working late hours to ensure completion on time, which we did with several days to spare.
