We tried the "Guy Fieri's Flavortown all you can eat brunch" for $19.99 in Las Vegas for the first time! I don't usually do bad reviews if we don't really have bad experiences. We checked in at the restaurant at 11:30am, the menu provides about 8 items from all you can Eat Brunch considering 2 of them are salads... We waited 45 minutes for the food gets ready (even the salad), the restaurant was basically empty, when we finally got the food was like this in the picture: completely different that they usually show! Seems like someone just threw it in the plate...our plates came in different time...and as you can see the French toast one came with banana e and the other one nop... lol I talked to the waiter who was helping us and she said she couldn't control what time the food gets ready! The first plates were small so we had to order a second one, that means another 45/50 minutes, we notice a few customers around us, and same thing....waiting forever. I always think is suspicious when something is too cheap the service is probably not very good, but at the same time I thought Guy Fiery would preserve his reputation...I was wrong! Made reservations on opentable to grab a spot and check out this place on a busy Friday night. We decided to try the cheeseburger trash can nachos and the brisket trash can nachos. The service was extremely friendly and we were seated immediately if you didn't have a reservation, it would be about a 30 minute wait for a table and it was at 8pm. The nachos came pretty quickly in about 12 minutes or so which was surprising. I was concerned at first when I saw the nacho cheese sauce on the bottom of the stack of nachos, but it looks like they use it more to adhere it to the plate as it didn't taste like nacho cheese for the rest of the dish. The cheeseburger nachos was just blah, and probably a pass. The brisket nachos was a better choice as the meat was moist and tasty. The meal filled us both up and we're were not quite able to finish it all. Prices for the meals are in the $18 to $28 range for the most part, but the drink prices are pretty high with a 16oz draft beer running about $13. It does not have its own bathrooms so be sure to wash up before you go or you have to go into the Horseshoe to clean up. You can get points for eating here with your Caesars Loyalty card. read more

We went to the one in the Horseshoe on Las Vegas Blvd. Weekday brunch All you can eat $19.99. Great value. 25 minute wait which was fine, got seated, no one came to the table for 15 minutes. Finally got our drinks, another 10 minutes to take our order. There are 7 or 8 choices on the menu, 3 of us ordered something different to start. The French Toast on the menu said brioche bread, banana custard, brûlée bananas, and bacon. It came with no banana custard, no brûlée bananas and no bacon. I had to ask for it, they brought bacon and not brûlée bananas and no custard. The Chili was supposed to be served on a cornbread waffle. It wasn't. Just cornbread on the side. The biscuits and gravy were really good, the French toast was good but not as advertised on the menu. The house salad was good too! The menu advertised burnt end brisket mac and cheese. No burnt ends and it was a very small pile of brisket. I know it was very reasonably priced, but they should give you what the menu describes. read more

I would give a zero if I could. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes without being asked for a drink as a manager and two bartenders tried to figure out a cash register. Once another bartender came over . they then proceeded to tell us they were out of everything on tap. So while sipping domestic bottled beers, we waited almost an hour for nachos. We got the nachos and they present them in a canister and couldn't get them out. We then waited for another bit as our bartender tracked down nachos that could go on our plate. First time ordering from here. The marketing, logos, and pictures look amazing. Delivery was fast, but all of the food was cold and the distance is only 12 minutes. Should not have been that cold. They also forget a part of my order. I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls and they weren't included. Waste of $15.00. The burger and chicken sandwich were good and definitely "flavorful" but the fries, the Mac and cheese, and the fried pickles were average to below average. They didn't provide an ranch or sauce for the fried pickles as was promised. I obviously can't rate the cheesesteak egg rolls because I didn't even get to try them. I went to Flavortown at the Horseshoe Casino in Vegas on a Sunday morning. I should have known when it takes 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee, we should have left. Seems they were down 2 servers. Our poor waiter Wayne tried to keep up with everyone. My friend and I ordered steak and eggs. At $45 each!!! How bad could it be? I could have gotten a better meal at Denny's for a helleva lot less and better tasting. Both our steaks were dripping in oil, tough, no flavor. Potatoes were dry and no seasoning. Even the scrambled eggs were lousy. I wound up taking the food home to my dogs. We even got a brownie to go and it was as hard as baseball. I felt so sorry for the folks around our table who were eating the chicken wings. Which I'm sure were delicious as well, but I mean, a chicken wing just could not stand against this burger. The meat was seared to perfection and had a soft, pink center. It actually had this delicious crust on it that literally melted when you bit into it. I'm pretty sure any of the burgers here are equally a fantastic if their burger was cooked in the same manner. Just extraordinary. Now, dessert- which I did NOT save room for, had to be taken to-go because after the incredible food I'd just eaten I could only imagine how fantastic this DARK CHOCOLATE WHISKEY CAKE had to be. I was so excited to try this place and was really disappointed! We ordered 2 of the Cuban sandwhich and the Cajun chicken pasta and both left a lot to be desired. The Cajun chicken pasta tasted like something out of a cheap frozen meal bag and had LOTS of noodles and not a lot of sauce. Didn't taste the Cajun seasoning at all. The Cuban sand which was okay but not worth the price. They skimp on the meat and way too much condiment sauce. It came with potato sticks which I thought French fries would be more appropriate. So I've ordered here twice from Uber Eats. The first time, I ordered a chicken sandwich that I couldn't even take a bite of because the breaded chicken breast was as hard as a rock. Just now, ordered a Caesar Salad. I didn't want chicken or any other meat in the salad, but Uber eats forced me to pick one in order for me to add it to my cart. Fine, I'll pick the chicken and pay an extra $5 even though I don't want it. The $5 chicken is in the picture. They don't bother cutting it up for you, but to my surprise, after spending $14 on this salad, I receive it with no dressing. That's right, $14 salad, no dressing. Allow me to first say that the food at GF's Flavortown Kitchen was really tasty, which is what I expected from Mr. Fieri's restaurant... What I did not expect was the 20 minute wait time to get the 3 margaritas that my family ordered... then another 20 minutes to get the nachos... followed by another 10 minutes to get our meals. Not very good at the timing of getting food to the table. It seems that there is a staff problem... we sat in the restaurant and noticed at least 30 open tables while there was a wait line of approx. 50 people. Food & drinks are good but very over-priced. Service was ok, nothing special. I hope that with time, the restaurant will work out the kinks that a new restaurant experiences. I was going to try it anyway but then learned that I had to choose a delivery only. I refuse to pay half the price for my burger for someone to walk across the street literally because they do not have take-out. I am ok with a take-out only, and there are times when delivery is appreciated, but delivery only seems like making me pay for something I do not want.
