There was some hesitation ordering Shake Shack's baby back rib sandwich, since the only other one I've tried (70 ingredient McRib) tasted like a sauteed hockey puck, only less digestible. I swore I'd never bite into another and I'm not one to swear, dammit. Turns out Shake Shack's rib patty is formed with real rib meat on a potato bun with coleslaw and smoky bbq sauce...made w/o an overload of unhealthy ingredients. It is a bit small and they kind of skimp on the slaw and sauce for some reason, but at least you feel like you're not eating an entree from PetSmart. The Shake Shack chicken sandwich tastes good too with its crunchy crust, but everyone and their mother sells a chicken sandwich these days so that's usually a pass. But kudos for using chicken that's natural, cage and hormone-free. The double Shackburger with applewood smoked bacon and cheese is better tasting than most other fast food burgers because their angus beef (without antibiotics) arrives at each location refrigerated, never frozen. Wish they could say the same about their mediocre-at-best crinkle cut fries. These are second rate, no matter what you add to them, and it's any given restaurant's lazy way of preparing pre-frozen potatoes instead of chopping them freshly on site. Shake Shack's beer-battered onion rings taste slightly better, even though they're stingy with the order size of only 5 or 6 rings for 5 or 6 dollars. They also have a bit too much grease. Speaking of which, flash back to the movie 'Grease' when John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John sang their duet on a carnival ride, 'You're the one that I want, the one that I need...ooh ooh ooh'. The song reached #1 globally and the ride they were on was called the Shake Shack. Yep, it's what inspired the restaurant owner to choose the name. With over 300 franchises now, including seven in Las Vegas, each one makes your food fresh to order so the extra couple minute wait is worth it for the sake of fresh food. read more

I'll preface with, this order was a result of a previous bad order that corporate had sent us a voucher to try and redeem from that experience. We had intended to just pick up and go for this order. The order was 1 large strawberry lemonade, 2 orders of fries, 1 mac & cheese (add bacon), 1 bacon cheeseburger (add lettuce and onion), 1 shake stack burger, and 1 west coast burger with a side of sauce. The total was just over $60. The shake stack burger, the west coast burger, and fries were correct. However, they gave us a small of the strawberry lemonade and the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon or lettuce. We let someone at the front know of the errors in our order and they did eventually bring us the correct size drink and another of the bacon cheeseburger. At that point, we just decided to stay and eat in. While we were very appreciative of the prompt service and quick fix, considering this was the return to fix from the incorrect order the first time...this was already going to be a trip to try and win us back and with errors this time again, we will not be back and I cannot in, good faith, recommend this location. read more

Thankfully it's on par with the other Shake Shacks in town so you know what to expect! I enjoyed my ShackBurger with double patty as usual, with extra veggies! In the app with $10 purchase right now you get a FREE Chicken Shack sandwich as well! So go ahead and add an order of $3 fries and $1 soft drink to your app order too! We did an order on the app for pickup, then ended up eating in there because crowds were minimal at the time. Easy peasy! Swore off Shake Shack years ago, die to bland flavors, but our daughter ate at a Utah location recently and said we should give it another try. Maybe Utah Shake Shacks are just better?? We stopped by this new location tonight to celebrate making it through the first week back at school and we were very disappointed. The burgers are tiny! 5 small onion rings for $5.49?!?! If you haven't been to a Shake Shack I highly recommend you going. #1. For the pleasant & friendly service. Being that I was unfamiliar with what to order, Schlayah ( I hope I spelled her name correctly.) Had taken my order was very patient and helpful while I decided what to order. The young man who refilled my drink was pleasant as well. I mentioned to him about my friends drink and he said he's making a new batch and will get another drink to us as soon as it was done. Once it was done he bought the drink to our table. #2. For the food, I ordered the Shack Stack $12.49. A cheeseburger topped with a 'Shroom burger, lettuce, tomato and shacksauce. So simple, fresh and delicious. Pomegranate sweet basil lemonade refreshing and a Complimentary refill. Onion rings were freshly made and golden! #3. You can order from the kiosks but Arianna was so pleasant & offered to take our order at the counter. She also walked around the tables to ask how everything is. $10/burger, not per meal. Order with an app, pick up in a bag off a rack, but it still asks for a default tip. For what? At ~$70/meal for a family of 4, and self-sourced ordering and service, you can afford to pay your own employees a living wage without further taxing me. The next point is quality, which is almost exactly at In-N-Out level, except In-N-Out is $35 for the same meal. If it was better in some way I'd get it...but nope. No idea why we'd make a second visit...the Red Robin right next door is a surprisingly better and cheaper option, and that isn't necessarily praise for Red Robin. read more

We went there opening day, so I was a bit skeptical of how good it would be/if thru got the kinks out. We got there around 5pm expecting a line out the door. We got in before the bonkers rush! We initially ordered our food to go but some seats opened up and we mentioned to one of the servers we were going to eat in. Everyone's order gets a number so they can find you, so it worked out. The Food. Whoa. To my shock they REALLY had everything going! The food was soooo good! The bacon burger was awesome and I ordered the chicken bacon & avocado. That fried chicken was sooooo yummy, delectable (moist) and juicy! It was perfect! I was really impressed! The onion rings were super yummy (not the textured/grainy kind but the carefully dunked smooth ones). AND THEY HAVE CRINKLE FRIES! My favorite fry! The shakes looked out of this world and I'll have to go just for those, but my root beer float was vet good (wish it was 3 times the size!). This is a late check-in and review as the business wasn't on Yelp during the grand opening on 02/03/26. I had the pleasure of visiting Shake Shack Centennial for the grand opening and be one of the first few people to dine in and mingle with the "suits." I had the pleasure of relaying to the regional manager that the food at their Craig location was overly salted (I also visited their grand opening a year ago). Each time I'd gone since wasn't pleasurable which has been disappointing. At the Centennial location I ordered a single Shack burger, Korean-Q Chicken tenders, and the seasonal Valentine's Day shake. Everything was great (as expected). The burger was seasoned well. The customer service was on another level which was expected for a grand opening. I had someone approaching my table frequently to ask how things were and if I needed anything. The staff were very accommodating and I do expect that service to continue well after the grand opening because Shake Shack staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I'm just happy I don't have to drive all the way to Summerlin for my Shake Shack fix. I just hope the food quality remains on the up and up. I highly recommend. I was gifted a tumbler which I was able to add to my tumbler collection. I now have two thanks to the Craig Rd grand opening. read more

Love Shake Shack what happened? Summerlin location was really good last time I visited. The Centennial Hill location isn't worth wasting the calories or $32.00. The burger was burnt. Even if it wasn't burnt the meat would be taste less. The shake shack sauce which is usually very tasty didn't even taste like mayonnaise. When it first opened everything was delicious and spot on. We loved it. Since then it has been a roller coaster of what your order might turn out like. We've had burnt burgers and the wrong burgers and part of orders right. Sometimes the sauce is good sometimes it's different. Please stop burning the burgers if you order a gluten free bun. They are dry and the buns are dry and fall apart, please keep them covered. I know it's possible because the first few months everything was fabulous! And for lettuce wraps, a thicker lettuce would be great, like they use at in and out. That artisan lettuce just turns to flat mush. But the burgers can be amazing and we will just keep trying. The staff is very nice but they seem a bit burnt out, tired. Please make sure they get breaks. read more

We visited the shack in Summerlin it was good close to ct but not quite as good now for the real disappointment today we went to Shake Shack in Centennial hills it was terrible after the first bite I couldn't tell what place were in if Ct was a 5 star Summerlin would be a 4.3 star Centennial is a 1 star why? If you are craving a shake, I suggest going elsewhere. I ordered a chocolate malted shake at the new location on centennial parkway. It was prepared first thing and sat while the rest of the order was being prepared. By the time I got it, it was basically just a sweet chocolate milk beverage with whipped topping. Shakes are supposed to be thick but still drinkable through a straw. This was pure liquid! I even ordered "malt" which I believe "malt" is supposed to make it a creamier, thicker consistency. If you do order a shake, I recommend telling them to make it LAST so it doesn't completely melt into liquid form as it sits in the hot kitchen area waiting for the rest of the order.
