Honestly, it's not for me. The price is around the same as other chains but quality of the pizza remind me of cafeteria/Hospital pizza. I've had the pizza here a handful of times since 2023 and I never review, but I am putting a review more for myself to stop trying this place. Also not a huge fan of the required tipping on the website. I know it's only 10% but $5 to hand me pizza I was picking up seems silly. One word: BLAND Decided to try Pelegríni pizza for the first, and last, time. Ordered a ham and pineapple, and a sausage and black olive. Sauce was very bland, no taste. Dough was chewy with a card board bottom. They skimped on the ham and pineapple. Sausage and olive spread was acceptable. But again, no taste. This pizza is made with off the shelf ingredients, and nothing is added to make it tasty. If you're going to use canned sauce, at least add some seasoning. Sometimes you are watching youtube videos about pizza on a weeknight so you randomly go on yelp, find a random pizza place, and order one for pickup. Basically, it was a Wednesday night and Pizza was needed for consumption (which it usually is needed for), Pellegrini Pizza is a place I knew nothing about, but thanks to the internet I was able to order a large cheese pizza and pick it up in only about 30 minutes. When I got to Pellegrini Pizza to pick it up they immediately let me know that it would of been cheaper to call them directly and order it, but like, I already bought the pizza so that's just bad news to hear, I love wasting money! All we ordered was a large cheese pizza and everyone knows that's the best way to judge a pizza place is by the basic, the popular, and my favourite kind of pizza honestly. So how was it? Well, it was a cheese pizza that's for sure, but it really didn't have much going for it other then being really average. The cheese was solid, the sauce was solid, and the crust was solid as well, but that's it. I will say for $8-$12 (depending on how you are ordering) you will get a solid pizza that fills you up and tastes solid. Overall, Pellegrini Pizza certainly doesn't stand out to me, but I also would come back if I wanted a cheap pizza and was in the area. Easy online ordering with a 10% discount! Right up the street from our house, so we were pretty excited to try a new shop. They have a lot of pretty good specials and have an entire page dedicated to specials. We ordered the pizza, wings & soda special with a sampler platter for pick up. It did take a little longer than they stated on the email, but with other local pizza places being closed on Monday, they might have that unique advantage in being busy. Pizza was delicious - not too greasy. Crispy crust. Good tasting sauce. I actually enjoyed the pizza quite a bit. The sampler was *amazing* - DO NOT SKIP IT! The onion rings were crispy! The zucchini was delicious! The mushrooms were weirdly perfect. The jalepeno poppers were so creamy and had just the right amount of heat. Husband loves the mozzarella sticks and the marinara (which i thought was salsa ) was perfect. I would order that solo! Also, don't sleep on the ranch dressing - fairly certain they make it in house. It's flipping awesome! The only bummer for our meal were the wings. While the wings were crispy, the sauce was kind of just thrown on there. We're moving to a new place and doing renovations while the condo is empty. We worked up some appetite after painting and decided to order a pizza. At first we were considering a different place but their delivery was 2 hours!!! Luckily for us, we found Pellegrini pizza, which in my opinion is a solid spot for pizza and wings. We ordered 1 Picante pizza with added bacon, 1 cheese pizza with added mushrooms and black olives, and 12 wings - 1/2 Hot Wings + 1/2 Louisiana Rub. Picante pizza - I liked that everything was very fresh and there was a perfect ratio of meat and veggies (after adding bacon of course ). What I would want is more seasoning and for the veggies to be a dash crisper (especially onions). Of course, both issues can be resolved at home by seasoning the pizza and baking it a little longer. But our place is empty, so we couldn't do neither of these things and ate the food as is. It's a solid 4 star pizza. Cheese pizza - my girlfriend rated it a solid 4 stars. Said she'd order it again. Wings - my girlfriend complained that the wings were too hot (cry baby lol) but to my taste they were perfectly spicy. Very little blue cheese, we ran our before we finished the first 6 wings and there's nothing left for Louisiana rub. What I didn't like was that wings were pretty big, which usually means that chicken is gmo. Normal wings are always smaller because chickens are not supposed to be turkey size lol Another thing I didn't like was that the wings were pretty dry, it was impossible to eat them without blue cheese dressing and there wasn't enough provided. 4 stars. I really liked that they have multiple promos going on (even via Grubhub) and that they offer fastest delivery in comparison to virtually any other pizza place that delivers to my new home. Hey this is my opinion, first off nothing has flavor it's crazy, it's almost like they are scared of spices, or water down there product by a lot. I got there hot fried and let me tell you first if it didn't have blue cheese second off the hot sauce taste like nothing I got a side of it I put it all on top of the fries it literally taste like spicy water I had to put garlic salt on it just to give it some sort of flavor otherwise it taste like it's been deep-fried with like chicken wings. So glad I finally tried this place. They have an amazing, extensive menu. They have a huge selection of pizzas along with pastas, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. They have create your own too, so if you have certain toppings that you like, they'll do it! We had the Greek style pizza which was a white pizza that had lamb, olives, spinach, tomatoes, and more that I'm probably not thinking of! I also had the corn that had the sweet buffalo sauce on it - it was super good! The pizza was great. The lamb was really tasty and it had a perfect amount of cheese and sauce.
