A spectacular little gem of a flower shop at Row DTLA - outside and in, this dreamy space is incredible for gifts or a little self indulgence. The flowers were spectacular and all of the gifts and seasonal decor were so well curated, I had trouble choosing just one or two favorite things.

I order flowers for delivery (hit or miss) These flowers may be more lovely than my wedding flowers. Yes, I said it. The presentation, and bouquet floral arrangement were stunning. I personally can not wait to visit the florist personally, as these were a gift. The pictures may not do proper justice to the beautiful arrangement, but here's to trying. I popped in while strolling around The Row (I was there for the Pickwick Market) and came across the cutest little yellow, bistro-canopy that was shading a variety of plants out front. I wandered inside and was greeted by fresh cut flowers and greens, gathered sage, palo santo sticks, dried bouquets, hand dipped candles, house made potpourri ...a little something for everyone. I had a dinner to go to up north and a couple flowers had caught my eye (unique selection). I asked the florist if she could make me something with a couple in particular and she put together the most beautiful display in a matter of minutes. They were so beautiful that I found myself making this Yelp review as a small token of my appreciation (thank you!!!). They were the perfect gift and stayed pristine for the 2.5 hour drive north. Attached is a photo of the flowers after they'd been removed from the bouquet and placed in a vase. They were even more stunning in the bouquet. Only negative is that I didn't think to get flowers for my home. Next time

I looked for reputable florists all weekend and finally after stalking Jean-Pascal Florist on Instagram and seeing the beautiful work I decided to place an order last night to be delivered today. Not only did the order arrive on time, they even sent me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery so I could see the finished product. It looked so good that at first glance I actually thought it was photoshopped (it wasn't :) ) I highly recommend Jean-Pascal Florist if you want your arrangements to look like what you ordered. Kept walking by here and finally came in to browse.Wow! This is a very special high end florist. Everything in this shop looks so fresh and beautiful. I really enjoyed their preserved flower presentations which last for a year. All the flowers looked so fresh and the arrangements were different and unique. Wow Jean-Pascal surpassed all expectations. We wanted flower centerpieces to match a Voluspa candle for a 100 person party and not only did he find the colors we wanted, he arranged the flowers so tastefully that everyone was complimenting them. By the end of the night, the flowers went like hot cakes. Everyone wanted to take them home. I recommend him to friends and family and will most definitely use him for my next event. read more

Uber talented florist. On the higher end but worth the splurge. A true french craftsman. They do not take same day order but offer next day delivery. We were delivered beautiful and fresh flowers and the peonies mixed with lilac we sent as a gift had our friend telling us that it lasted and became prettier as the time went by. Jean-Pascal made a beautiful arrangement for a client of mine to be delivered to the hospital she was at. When they arrived, the hospital turned them away due to Covid-19. I then sent them to my clients house which was very far away from the hospital and they did the delivery without charging me extra (even though I offered to pay) and did it was such graciousness. They do an amazing job and as important (maybe more), they were so wonderful to work with. I hihgly recommend them! read more

Definitely a great florist in LA. I found these guys on Instagram. Their website was really nice and the pictures were amazing. I have been kind of leery about ordering flowers as I have had such horrible experiences before. I gave them a try and was shocked to see the arrangement that my wife got was actually spectacular and looked like something you get at a florist in Paris ! It was truly a piece of art. read more

I wanted a white orchid arrangement as a gift to a family friend for allowing my husband and me to…read morestay at their condo in Hawaii, and also as a sympathy gift for a recent loss. I found this shop online and saw that they had the type of arrangement that I wanted. I called and left them a voicemail and they called me back. They were able to have the arrangement available for pick up within 48 hours. When I got there, I realized that the arrangement was far too large and heavy for me to deliver myself. They offered to deliver it by the end of day for an extra fee that I thought was pretty reasonable. Total it cost me about $400 with tax. It's a small shop that's apparently been around for a very long time. The owner was very professional and helpful. I could tell that they were extremely busy because I guess it was the week that Office staff are recognized and so a lot of offices in the Beverly Hills area were ordering custom flower arrangements for their secretaries and paralegals, etc. The arrangement was just as beautiful as I expected, and it was a huge hit. My friends humorously refer to it as their float and it will probably last for months. The only reason I dropped one star is because you can probably get something similar and more unique at places like Rolling Greens for significantly less. You could also probably just pop by Armstrong and find a very similar looking arrangement for a lot less. I didn't know that at the time and saved myself some time hunting around. I don't regret my purchase. This tip only applies to white orchid arrangements: if you're looking for a different type of arrangement or bouquet, no guarantees that rolling greens or Armstrong will have that. Hope this helps.
