When I asked about it, I was told it was normal. A few months later, I lost a diamond from the band where one of those thin prongs was. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fast Fix. Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new! It also feels so much more secure. The replacement diamond was matched so perfectly that I can't even tell which one was replaced. We'll continue coming here for all of our jewelry needs. I was told by another shop that 2 of them needed to have the mechanics replaced and the others beyond repair. They checked them all and replaced the batteries. Two needed to have more extensive work but not worth doing. They only charged me for the battery replacement and nothing for checking the others. Honest and easy to work with. I live in Heber City and it was worth the trip down. FYI they are an authorized Hamilton and Raymond Weil shop.
