Within this ultra dry, high alpine environment it's imperative clothing be laundered properly or sheets pressed without wrinkle. In a community with limited high quality dry cleaning options, it is some times better just to be done in house. With that, I took it as just a given that these spray bottles are made to work for a very limited time. Use 'em, trash 'em. Repeat. Pay $2-$3 per unit and just accept it is low quality. I'm no longer ascribing to that as an acceptable answer. A well-distributed spray becomes non-existent soon after purchase. Water is eventually released inconsistently and with a disappointing outcome unless you soak the garment. Some times the spray handle apparatus falls apart. These bottles are just poorly made. That's it. Whether you're laundering apparel yourself or have assistance no one should be subjected to this consistent lack of quality. No more. We will continue with our spray bottle method as steaming does not always provide the same results, but we will not use Home Deport made or promoted spray bottles. Obviously, it's not the price. It's the premise. They are low quality. Poor performance. Not recommended. Ever.

The employee at the customer service desk didn't know how to do the exchange. She said she didn't know how to adjust the inventory either so would have to return the color I didn't want and then I could purchase the new color I wanted... which forces the customer to have the full amount of both purchases removed from their card for multiple days while the return processes. The customer service employee also didn't know how to put the return onto a gift card... so I was forced to return to my card and wait for the processing. Employees should be trained much better before they're left to run a department by themselves. The paint desk employee also made a snide comment after my return saying "We usually like people to keep their paint. We already have a lot of returns." ... snarky and rude. This happened on 5/24/26 around 8PM

Xcel Energy red-tagged the unit, explicitly stating the range was not jetted properly, creating massive cooktop flames and leaking hazardous CO into our home. When I called Lowe's, I was told that because I did not use a Lowe's credit card and it had been past 48 hours since delivery, they would not assist us or take responsibility for selling a severe fire and life-safety hazard. Refusing to help a family left without a way to cook due to a life-threatening defect is completely unacceptable. Trying to get help from Lowe's was a nightmare. Calls went unanswered repeatedly, and when staff finally picked up, they were annoyed, rude, and showed zero sympathy for our family being left without a way to cook. They repeatedly brushed off a severe life-safety issue, claiming that because we didn't use a Lowe's credit card and it was past 48 hours, they couldn't help and just kept telling us to call LG. Selling a hazardous defect and offering hostile customer service is completely unacceptable.

Plus, I feel like things used to be different in terms of the process of charging gas on ones Coop account. This morning I went to fuel up and I thought I would go to the cashier to clarify the process, as they are often incredibly friendly. The cashier explained the difference between the cash price and membership price and how to pay with a credit card at the window. When I returned to the pump I wasn't entirely clear when the pump read, "insert card or see cashier". So, I returned to the cashier, letting her know I was confused. She proceeded to instruct me on how to put fuel in my car in the most insulting and condescending tone, "You take the pump and put it in the gas tank on your car, and select your fuel...". I told her she did not need to speak to me in such a condescending manner and her response was to mock me to my face. I was astonished and won't be returning anytime soon. Young lady, your lack of customer service is atrocious and I have been pumping gas longer than you have been alive, both the tutorial and your attitude were unfitting and unnecessary. For over a decade I have loved shopping at the Coop, but today you lost a customer.
