The freshness and quality of the ingredients was impeccable. It is surprisingly light and healthy and won't make you feel like you want to lie down like some gyros can. I think it was my first time having swordfish, and it was the most delicious thing - tender, flavorful, flaky bites of fish. I suppose my only nit would be I wish there was more of it - but for the price, it's understandable. The pita is fluffy and soft, and the tzakziki is wonderful and creamy with fresh chopped herbs. I appreciated the good quality olive oil and the fact that they used Persian cucumbers for their salad too (no bitterness!).
