And that we found at Doumar's. Reminiscent of the 50's drive in restaurant, we parked under an awning, confused on what to do. A helpful, smiling young lady... I only wish she was on roller skates... came right over to us in between the 12 other cars she was serving. After the indoctrination, we ordered and took her suggestions. The food came quickly, was delicious and the entire experience was exactly what we needed to regroup for the rest of the day. Ice cream after the meal... like icing on my cake, made for an even better experience. The positive interaction between that one employee and us made all the difference. I tipped well, if you go.. you should too. And if the owners are reading this... keep doing what your doing, not enough business left that seem to care enough about the customer and the employees.

My eyes landed on the kitkat nutella sundae and i knew i needed that lol. We ordered it and in less than 3 minutes it was ready for us to enjoy. The nutella was so warm and she didn't skimp out! The polish ice here is super icy while having a creamy consistency. The ice is refreshing and perfect for a hot day at the beach. They offer you samples of each flavor. I suggest you get a half and half that way you can get two flavors in one cup! (Take a look at my attached picture to see how they present a half and half cup of polish ice.) I really like their watermelon flavor. It reminds me of a watermelon jolly rancher in its frozen form. The mango flavor almost tastes like I am taking a huge bite out of a super ripe mango. The cotton candy is not super sweet and it tastes more like sweet nectar. This place is a must if you happen to be on the boardwalk :) FYI-- this stand is very close to first street!
