I love coming here because of how clean and well organized the store is! Everything is easy to find and such a great selection! It's fairly peaceful if you shop early afternoon on a weekday. If you need help looking for something, you may encounter, Jeremiah. He was so so helpful in helping me find what I needed and pointed me the right direction with different options for clothes! I wish I was able to say the same thing about the girl in dressing room, Lisbeth (I think that is her name). She had a really bad attitude with me and also towards other customers. I found myself exchanging looks with a stranger with how bad it was and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I asked her for help in finding something in a smaller size in a shirt I wanted and was acting like I was bothering her. She claimed they "didn't have the size" and when I went back to the floor I saw the same shirt in the size I wanted. I didn't want to go back to the dressing room and just chalked it up to her having a bad day. I even tried asking her about her day and how she was but she ignored me and rolled her eyes and was very dismissive. Thankfully she wasn't there by the time I was done trying on all my clothes and another gentleman took her place and was very sweet with me. Checkout was seamless and I was even helped out by Jeremiah at the end! Overall, the store is very good and aside from the one unfriendly employee in the dressing room, I would recommend coming here. read more

Descent location is the side part of the Plaza by Macy's furniture. Men's women's and children's clothes at fair prices, live the baby stuff here though the clothes so tend to run on the small side for men's. Affordable option for trendy clothes, that won't last forever but good enough for the price especially if you shop their sales. read more

H & M Maternity wear is now available! YES! As I am 7 months pregnant, it has been hard to find comfy clothes to wear around the house. My regular clothes no longer fit my growing, beautiful bump. I have tried pulling a McGyver by using rubber bands to hold up my regular jeans, as the buttons and zippers no longer close up for me, but that proved useless. The rubber band only cut off my circulation. My preggy jeans with the mid waist band have been great, but I have had a hard time finding yoga pants with that special preggy waist band. Then, I happened to be at South Coast Plaza, where I found H&M. I went inside this H&M store and happened to find a maternity wear section and an abundance of yoga pants that actually fit comfortably. Yes! I scored. I bought myself a nice cotton blend pair of yoga pants. The pants can also be used post-pregnancy as they fit snug enough but are flexible to conform to a skinny body. Other maternity clothes I found in store, were maternity jeans, tops, sweaters and corporate wear. I found the maternity clothes at H & M were nicer than what Kohl's offers. Kohl's I found had some fugly stuff in comparison. Yikes! Service: I had to drop a star on this H&M since one of the employees in store totally ignored me when I asked her a question. This female employee flat out gave me a dirty look, that read, "Why are you bothering me?" And then walked away. Crazy b*&#%! The nerve! Hence, my three stars. read more

I'm giving this place one star because of the service - not because of the clothing. In regards to the store, it was your normal H&M with tons of clothing options at reasonable prices (especially compared to other shops at South Coast Plaza). I try my hardest to be as friendly as possible when I'm in clothing stores, restaurants, etc. I never want to be the rude customer who then has bad service as a reaction. When I walked into this H&M, there was an employee hanging coats right in front of us. I greeted her.... weird? Maybe. I have no clue why I did, but when we made eye contact I was the one who said "Hi! How are you?" and her response? "Fine." Oh. Ok. I start looking at fall and winter clothing with my friend and find a shirt I really like but that has stains all over it. I go up to the same employee and say "do you happen to have any other sizes of this shirt in the back? I love it but unfortunately there are stains on it." She replies "nope, that's all we have." Gee, something toxic in the air tonight and my first encounters at stores at South Coast are really negative tonight... Must be something in my teeth? Just kidding. I leave the shirt I really love and we go try on other clothing in the dressing room. The attendant there continues the rude vibes, but rushing us and basically forcing us into the dressing rooms. When handing over my five items to him he seemed incredibly irritated that we were even trying on clothes. Both my friend and I raised our eyebrows, confused at why everyone was being so rude. We tried to be extra nice when leaving and I think I even apologized for trying on the clothes afterwards, as if we were doing something morally wrong... once again I have no clue why. Shame on me! Anyways I think you catch my drift. From this experience I had, there was terrible customer service. The only person who was decently nice was the girl behind the cash register, although it wasn't outstanding service (just great compared to the first two employees). Such a shame. read more

H&M took years to come to the West Coast. It's still not the same as the NY locations and DEFINITELY not the same as any European H&M location, but I give them props for trying. Since SoCal weather isn't nearly as cold, they really can't import many of their awesome winter styles that H&M is so famous for. As far as locations go, this particular H&M is a worthy provider. It's big, but not overwhelming. It's got plenty of styles and sizes that H&M is known for. Styles are more affordable versions of what's new, trendy, and jumping off the pages of In Style and Vogue - all the while avoiding that cheesy "Wet Seal" or "Forever 21" look. Sizes range from super super small to much larger, so the store really appeals to all. Overall, forget Forever 21. Clothing quality is the best overall for a budget place specializing in trendy clothing that caters to all sizes. Put it this way - it's a great place to find a cheap dress to wear to a wedding, funeral, or on the Vegas strip in one store. You can also find trendy pieces to spruce up any wardrobe - all without spending an arm and a leg. read more

It is for sure, my build is NOT tailored to H&M standards. Imagine Shrek wearing H&M's clothes...actually, don't imagine it. I don't want to traumatize you for life. I may have to stick to plaid tight pants and the leather vest. I do appreciate the fact that I can find presents for my friends that are genetically gifted with the comic book superhero physique and possess Hollywood's ideal proportions. Slim fit, long sleeves. That's all of them for the mens. I do have clothes from H&M, but the fit is a little off. Like, the sleeves for their button up shirts (short and long sleeve) are frat-boy tight if I were to get my size. It looks fine, but if I make a sudden move... Rip! I will spare you the mental visuals of me attempting to fit into their pants. I can definitely keep going, but I'd like to avoid "pain and suffering" lawsuits. You're welcome. read more

If your in OC and like wanna check out this Franchise i suggest you check this location out. Between this location and the Irvine on this one is bigger and it has more variety than the one at the Spectrum. They actually have two different stores at the South Coast mall. One that just caters to women and one that has a children's department, men's and women's. I've found some pretty cool things here as has my gf. The prices aren't too bad and they have a pretty big selection of items as well. One of the times that we went when there was a sale going on and it was pretty packed. They had a 30% off deal and there were people every where trying to kill each other. All in All pretty cool store, i just wish they had as much stuff for guys as they do for women. read more

I don't really like writing reviews for clothing chains... but what happened to me at this location really compelled me to share my experience with my fellow yelpers. LikeACoupon was had a deal for H&M, where all you have to do is print out the image or show the image on your phone. *fine print says we can print and staff says we can use our phone I go up to the cashier to pay for my items and showed her the screen shot of the coupon. She refused to let me use the coupon because she wanted to see it from my email and not as a screenshot. Despite me being able to use a similar coupon before, another cashier allowed me to use my screenshot. 1) I do not have data on my phone. 2) I can't access wifi from the H&M store. This time, the cashier asked me to hold out my phone and she started scrambling around, I guess she ended up scrolling through all my pictures? She tells me to walk outside to go find wifi and luckily I got it and showed it to her. She jumbled around on my phone, I guess to see if it was legit? Made my purchase, left, got in the car, checked my phone. GUESS WHAT SHE DID? She scrolled through my photo album AND my email to delete the coupon. I'm pretty sure that's invading someone's privacy to physically take/touch a customer's phone to do that. I was actually pretty upset because she was giving me such a hard time and crossed the line. No staff should EVER take/touch a customer's phone and delete stuff off without permission, The least she could do was ask me to do it myself. When I found out what she did, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. I remember the cashier's name starting with a C and she had pixie blonde short hair. I was going to report her to the manager. And guess what? The manager answered, said her name.. It was the cashier. read more

Doesn't it always happen? You go out shopping with nothing in your pockets but a ball of lint and you find store upon store of wonderful clothing items you can't live without. You go back later with wads of cash and the pickins are slim. It was always thus. I should have known it would happen with H&M as well. I always looked forward to a trip to NYC or Chicago so I could hit up H&M. I'd spend hundreds of dollars on tons of clothes and when I got home people would be so excited about my new wardrobe additions. I felt cool because everything was cheap and no one here had any of it. I had mixed feelings when I heard H&M was opening here. Of course I was excited - cheap, cute clothes! Close to home! But then I had that "My favorite indie band is being played on the radio" sinking feeling in my stomach. Now my H&M clothes will not be so special and fun anymore. I went to check out the SCP location the day it opened and I have been back a few times since. Aside from a grip of plain t-shirts, I haven't found anything as fun as the stuff I used to find at the NYC and Chicago stores. I'm hoping that as the seasons change, so will their clothes and I'll find some fun, funky pieces again. My hubs was a tad disappointed as well. The East Coast H&Ms always had great work shirts for him, but this one just had a bunch of "duder shirts" (his words) that he would never really wear. He did get an awesome pair of jeans, though. Once again, maybe when summer ends they will have more work appropriate stuff for him. I like H&M a lot. I like getting my trendy stuff at cheap prices. I just hope that they get some more of the stuff I like now that I don't have to fly across the country to shop there. read more

4 Stars for Customer Service! I was looking for something that my sister wanted and the salesperson went out of her way to help look for it. She was zipping all over the store helping people find items. I haven't experienced that type of customer service at other H&M's...like the one at the Spectrum... This store seems a little bigger than the others, with longer lines at the fitting rooms. The bottleneck at the fitting rooms left the registers wide open. Yay for quick exits! read more

I'm at a strange stage in my life. I'm 25 years old, but look 17. I still shop at Forever 21 because I can't afford much else, but I'm tired of being mistaken for a high schooler in their clothes. I was really excited to find out that H&M was coming to Orange County. H&M has affordable clothing for ladies that's a bit more mature and classic than Forever 21. Today, nearly 2 months after the grand opening of the Crystal Court location, I finally made it down there to check it out. A lot of their merchandise looks great until you try it on. Then you realize it doesn't fit very well, even though you have the correct size. Oh, and the sizing is kind of odd. Maybe it's because I'm not quite used to it. I can't figure out what size I am in anything because nothing seems consistent! I normally wear a size 4 and here I'm a 10? Huh? Other than the sizing issues, H&M does have some cute, interesting clothes. They also have really cheap accessories and jewelry. And nice stuff for guys too. Ooooh ! Ahhhh! Everyone LOVES H&M! Right? Well guess what? NOT ME!!!!! I believe in QUALITY vs. Quantity. Sure its **cute* , fun and FAAAST FASHION!! Right? Well.. its basically the Ikea of Fashion, trendy, tipsy and "in the moment!" Don't get me wrong H&M has a lot of styles but lets be honest people, all of their clothes are made from one common Material: RECYCLED TOILET PAPER! Thats right, the quality is Crap! Sure it may look great but it fits funny, fades in the wash, falls apart and your "recessionista" outfit is now in your donation bag to the goodwill store. I bought two shirts here and they fell apart after 3 washes. Seriously, Go to J . Crew or Banana, find stuff on sale, even if its pricier its better quality than this place. Don't buy into the hype, sure its cheap, but if you keep your eyes open you can find great deals at better quality clothes. You may think you are smart for buying stylish clothes for so cheap, but then they fall apart and your savings go down the drain. I think I will Pass on H&M. Neeeeeexxxt!... read more

I think I bought more at my one trip to the H&M in Virginia/DC years ago than I have at all my CA trips to H&M combined. I don't know if it was the excitement of something different we didn't have here or what. Good quality is not what you come here for. You come here for that cute party outfit, cheap playful jewelry, or comfy weekend clothes. All the blouses I've bought have shrunk. And if you know me, you know I hang dry everything, so it's not my laundry skills. I will say I love the $7 sunglasses I bought to replace the pricey ones I had to send back to the manufacturer. I'm still using them now! I'm a firm believer of you get what you pay for in life. H&M is a prime example. If you don't expect too much, you won't be disappointed. If you do want to go to H&M though, this location across the street from the main part of South Coast Plaza is the one to go to. The selection (for both men & women) is much wider than the one in the actual mall. It's also bigger than the one at the Irvine Spectrum. Be prepared for part-time cashiers who are too busy talking to their coworkers than actually serving you in a timely manner. read more

This review is for the one in SCP West (old Crystal Court). I work in the building (Restoration Hardware) and was there for the grand opening.. at least, I saw and counted the people in line that wrapped around the mall like a huge snake.. I didn't go inside until 530pm later that day... Still packed and bustling with people and a long line to pay. Came in on Sunday after they opened and they still had a DJ playing. Tip if you want easiest parking, park in the structure by Wahoo's in the middle of the mall, and go up the escalator to the 3rd floor. Or park in the underground parking and take the elevator all the way up, though you may get side tracked/detoured with other people going up & down. This store's men's selection was decently sized. I noticed the one in BC had more of a dress/formal wear than SCP's, but I don't mind. I'm not going to drive 40+ miles for shirts under $15, ESPECIALLY since I work in the mall as it is. I shopped today at a little after 12:30pm, still busy.. but a steady busy. I must say that since the store's opening, there has been a lot more traffic of.... interesting people to this side of the mall. A lot of people that didn't even know that this side of the mall existed. I knocked off a star for the less than complete men's selection. I wanted to see a bigger selection than that of BC... And when I read of 2 locations opening in SCP, I thought this 20k sf one would be Womens and whatnot.. and the small one across the bridge to be men's. Oh well. Wishful thinking. I'm thoroughly satisfied that I got 3 button down shirts for $30. That's just amazing to me, considering I sell $5k leather sofas. lol. read more

Why does this place not have a better rating?! I LOVE H&M..........I love it for random pieces of work cloths, I love it for soooo comfy T-shirts, I love it for the ridiculous amount of tank tops and camis and I love it for the skirts. So many different styles, great colours. And fine, the quality is not great but it lasts through a few washes and the price is AWESOME! The materials aren't fine or amazing, but it is MUCH better than Forever 21. Also, this side is much bigger than the one on the main SCP side. read more

Worst customer service I have ever seen at H&M. I love this brand for affordable professional attire but I'll just shop online instead of visiting the one at South Coast! I waited for 5 minutes in line with no one in front of me because two employees thought gossiping would be better use of their time. When "Geo" decided he was done chatting he told me he couldn't help me find additional sizes in anything I needed and his tone was rude and so phony. It just isn't the same having H&M in Cali. You get one store every 20 miles or whatever... The H&M's can be great when there's a bunch of stuff on sale, but the problem is you have to go to like 10 different stores to find stuff you like and it's hard to do that here compared to NYC. When you buy the clothes, either try them on or plan on being 3 sizes bigger at times.. I wear an extra small but when I got a tank top here I was a size 8... interesting.. I do love their clothes though, usually fashion forward. Weird that here H&Ms started in the fufu areas of pasadena, beverly hills, and costa mesa when the stores are everywhere in NYC.. read more

They have the men's suiting section now. This means that I will be looking really good in the right materials and patterns every season without having to completely empty my bank account. Great for your wardrobe essentials that you wouldn't necessarily want to invest or splurge on. Word to the wise, a good tailor will make any piece of clothing look more expensive. read more

There are two stores: one in the main mall which is strictly for women, and the other is all the way across the Bridge of Gardens, which has men, women's and kids clothing. They do not have that much for men's clothing, but abundant for women's. I like the clothes that were there, but I kinda wish there were more. read more

Across the street, I spot the shoe on two mannequins and set about on my own search. This store is noticeably more organized and well-spaced but there is also noticeably less womens selection, considering there's a mens and childrens section too. My mission was quickly deemed a failure and I resorted to consulting the nearest store associate, who kindly aided my search. Turns out that the store doesn't carry everything on the mannequins, and they come pre-dressed. What the heck??? I thought the whole point of mannequins was to display what was in store! read more

Just to clear up any confusion that I notice being posted in a few comments: South Coast Plaza HAS TWO H&M STORES. There's a smaller HM in the larger mall for only women. Another store for both men and women is in the smaller mall on the third level, near the bridge. Anyway, it's hard to find cheap fashionable clothes, so H&M is a god-sent. But you have to go frequently as the best sizes of thing go fast! read more

I hate this store! It always make me spend so much money!  It's a big store. The layout is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Accessories are cheap and fun. You can buy so much here it's not even funny! I do admit... Some of the stuff they carry does remind me of the cheap stuff they have at garment district (like forever 21) but some things are really good! I bought one of my favorite play earrings here for $5!!!! You cannot beat that. No way. They're so cute too! There is always good and bad in every place, but they do have lots of good, plain, inexpensive stuff so it's good for me! :) read more

Prices are low and the quality matches. They do have some cute items for low prices, but I wouldn't try to get any staples that you want to last. Their new return policy sucks...even if you have a receipt, it expires after 30 days. Then you can only get the going rate for the item, which is going to be considerably less than what you paid. Good luck trying to get anything without a receipt. read more

I have never been to an H & M store. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. It is one of the ONLY stores in this mall that normal people can probably afford. It is like a better Old Navy, WAY better. Very cute styles with price tags that don't hurt you at the check out. I have never been a big fan of old navy, but I am a fan of H & M now. I walked away with several cute items (blouse, scarf, purse) for around $50!! There was ONE cashier on a Friday night. When the line started mounting some bratty rich kids behind me yelled at the cashier to 'fetch another cashier'. He told them he was the "only cashier working". Just as I got to the counter, another checker came from the back. I said "hey I thought you were the only cashier"? He said, "oh well he was busy I meant." I would dock like 3 stars for that horrible customer service. But overall it was a pleasant shopping experience and I liked the store itself. read more

I had been shopping around for a plain black (interview friendly)suit for some time now. Trying numerous stores, I've come up empty handed because a) nothing fits (I'm a smallish person and only a couple stores make size 0/00/2/P), b) the suits I've found are so out of my budget (I'm not paying $140+ for just a jacket at Express!), and c) the material and style is crappy (dept store junior selection is way too flimsy or trendy for an interview-I'm talking ruffles, gold buttons, shiny fabrics, short sleeves, cropped, butt tight, revealing). [[you like what I did jun h.? hehee]] Then I stumble into H&M and miraculously, I see perfectly "suited" styles left and right --IN MY SIZE and IN MY BUDGET RANGE! I ended up picking out a matching skirt suit ensemble in a nice black sturdy and slightly stretchable material for only $80 total (full priced). WHAT A STEAL!! The style wasn't over the top, nor was it too Plain Jane. I know I'll be able to wear it for years to come (classic) and still feel like hot stuff (had just enough detail to wear the coordinates separately). I must admit the sleeves were still long on me, but I folded them in with no problem. Victory was mine. And in the words of Julius C., "Veni, vidi, vici." So go forth, my friends. H&M will be the end of your searches, the answer to your prayers, the relief to your suffering. I'd also like to say the staff is like their clothes, not over the top/in your face, but friendly enough. This location (main scp) is pretty organized for the amount of clientele they have at any given moment. Maybe because it's catered toward the more professional sophisticated lady who is less likely to take and toss items where ever as seen in the other SCP side. BTW. Incompetency at it's finest. The clothes are not worth the price I really don't expect excellent customer service, I actually hate when employees try too hard to be friendly and fake. I understand this wasn't Nordstrom. At this store they clearly go out of their way to give customers the worst service, and provide an unfriendly shopping experience. H&M is the equivalent to Old Navy except with messier floors. As much as I like to get a decent shirt for 12 bucks, I cannot stand clothes and shoes thrown all over the floor like the buyer came in and had a seizure. The store is a mess, and you definitely feel like you're walking into a discount outlet as opposed to a clothing store. I guess I was expecting too much to find clothes folded or even hung on racks. I'm not sure why the store was so crowded. The line to check out was extremely long, due to the fact that only 3 registers were open. I'm a complete JACKASS, I admit it. I got sucked in, received an email from splendora.com to pop by for the store opening today. First 200 hundred to receive t-shirts and gift cards up to $300. Enticing for some reason, not usually a sucker for these types of promotions but since I'm still down in the OC for the week and have yet to visit H&M (shocking I know) thought it might be fun. What was I thinking?!?!?! It quickly became apparent that everyone and their brother knew about this store opening promotion and camped out all morning for 12:00 entrance. Not me, I showed up at 11:45 thinking ahhh people will be working, in school, etc... NOT IN THE OC! As I drove into the parking lot I could see upon entrance a mad line outside the mall. I should have gone off instinct and turned around at that moment but I didn't. The OC has made me temporarily CRAZY people! I'm gonna get to the point here. I hung for about 45 minutes, realized I might not step foot into the INFAMOUS H&M for several hours, caught a glimpse of the madness inside and high tailed it out of there. Thankfully I'm staying close by so wasn't too much of a loss but what a NIGHTMARE. I'll come down some other time, when the newness wears down a bit. But, after reading some of the other store reviews, sounds like H&M is a dissappointment all over So Cal. I guess I'll see... some day. read more

This place was a one-stop shop for the entire fam bam... They had a variety of clothes that came in all sizes (infants, children, women, men). We were able to get all of our Christmas attire at this place. Prices were cheap for some pretty good quality clothing and this place is my princess' sanctuary. She loves this place! Fair warning though.... even though clothes are cheap, there's so much clothes that it's hard to choose so the final tab can still cause major damage. read more

I was pretty happy when I found out about this place. Lots of stylish coats and shirts for a low price. I got a tank top for $3 a vest for $7 and a jacket that looked straight out of a jay z video for $20. The sales clerks are always happy to lend a hand or an opinion. It was a clothing store that I could actually walk in, try on an entire outfit and have plenty of cash left in my pocket after I bought the entire outfit. Some of the clothes are a bit too far fetch to wear however. Such as an orange raincoat like material business suit or the Russian muffler hat during the summer months on the non clareance rack in the front. read more

Noon on a Tuesday only a few customers in the store. Lots of employees chatting, no one offers to help. Found a bunch of items from the Children's sale rack which had a sign that said "additional 50% off sale items." Spent over an hour here trying on children's clothes with my 3 young kids. Went to pay and they cashier says all but one of the items is regular price. Also, the sale item was not an additional 50% off. The cashier could care less, so I asked to speak with a manager named LaLa. The manager said the sign must have been a mistake, but had no explanation for the 10+ items that were in the sale section but not on sale. Manager just shrugs her shoulders. No apology. She obviously doesn't have children and doesn't understand how annoying it is to blow an hour trying on clothing with young children. I get it, it's H&M and not Nordstrom so what does one expect? But the basic decency of an apology would have been nice. You are getting paid to represent H&M after all. read more

I reckon I have come to appreciate decent looking clothing that fits right. In the past, to find said such clothing, I would have had to scour the department stores, military surplus stores, and where-have-you to find clothing of decent material and construction, but would have to bring same said clothing to a tailor in order to have the perfect fit. H&M is give and take. For decently low prices, you get well fitting clothing that is decently constructed for the material used. The material is cheap and tissue thin in many cases. One store may have clothing that another store does not, and for hombres who just want to get in and out, this is a negatory. However, when you find what you need, the prices are cheap enough that you don't have to be thinking twice. You can buy what you need and go on with your day. As a 20-something year old male, who's straight as an arrow - That's not to say I don't think there ain't no handsome fellars out there, but I aim to say I don't want to do anything specifically of the homo erotic nature to them same such fellars in any which way - I do like well fitting and trendy clothing but I don't want to pay an arm and leg and I don't want to be hassled. H&M is pretty good at leaving you alone and doing your own searching. Think of this place as being similar to Ikea except for clothing. Nice looking/fitting and cheap, but it'll fall apart in front of company. read more

It is not high end but super reasonably priced trendy items! I prefer this shop (at SCP, Crystal Court side) over Irvine location since they carry kids clothes. Too bad, they only carry up to 6 year old sizes though... : ( I don't check H&M that often, so it is little bid hard for me to find stuff there though. Worst ever! I literally am so upset at the way they make you feel when you have to come back to take off a sensor due to their carelessness. Receipt or not, it's YOUR fault. You take care of it. This H&M has nothing on the one in San Francisco, but I think its way better than the one at the Irvine Spectrum (for guys at least). I personally like that whole H&M style (i.e. European fitting, colors, etc), but some people may be turned off by the tighter fitting clothing. Every time I go here I haven't been upset cause I always find something new and relatively cheap. I really like their business casual wear because it actually fits me pretty well. I'm only 5'5" with a smaller build so its hard to find clothes in my size that fits. Anyway, I think its place is pretty cool. read more

I LOVE THIS H&M! It's better than all the other H&Ms. The reason is because this has the designer fashion section unlike the huge H&M that they have in all the other malls. Every time I walk in here, I walk out with something. They always have my style. I love it. I bet I could dress myself up entirely here. read more

This is the biggest H&M near me, and I love that it's in Crystal Court. I also like that they separate the young high school kids clothes from the more sophisticated clothing...and the buffer zone is the men's store. Lately, I haven't found much, but H&M rarely fails me. I always get something, it's just too cheap or too cute. American H&M's just don't compare to European H&Ms but it's enough to satisfy my retail therapy craving. read more
