The title of the business was also interesting to me, so I walked in... The air-conditioning was wonderful! I liked the spacious, organized, bright, clean environment! It was peaceful and on the classy side! I looked through the beautiful clothing, but I think I wasn't in a buying mood. I didn't feel pressured from the sales associate - so that was a good thing. I told her I was looking for something in maroon for my high school reunion, but there wasn't anything currently. I'll check again later... thank you!

She advised it has been a while and that it should continue on. The workers assisted with our sizes, and to my surprise, when I attempted to pay, I was informed that the sandals are at a regular price of $50. I had her recheck the shelves, which she apologized they will need to make corrections. After speaking with the worker and messaging the company, they still did not honor their price listing. I am a very disappointed customer, and I wanted to share.

Curious, I entered the spacious, bright, well air-conditioned, tidy shop. I saw clothing by Kini Zamora... he is a designer from Hawaii that was on Project Runway. I thought: i wonder if I can get an outfit? The dresses that I liked weren't in my size... hmmm... I'll look again later... There were some funny stickers... they were sold out. I almost got a cute Power Puff Girl sticker... and Kawaii Supaerman sticker... LOL! I liked the tote bags, stationary, accessories like costume jewelry, local fragrances, Hawaiian themed t-shirts, pet supplies, etc. A worker asked if I needed help because I was going back and forth. I told him that there's so many things to look at... I wasn't going in an organized pattern through the store! He laughed and said that there's so much that he doesn't even know exactly what they have! We had already been to the Ala Moana Center, Pearlridge Center, and Windward Mall stores... Let's compare... Service wasn't as attentive as the Ala Moana shop. Maybe because this Kapolei one is way more spacious? I think there was more merchandise here... possibly because there's more room for larger displays? I saw that the hooded beach cover-up in Hawaiian Labubu print was here... (i was drawn to it at the Ala Moana store.) I'm really thinking about it, but I hardly ever go to the beach... and it's not cold enough to wear a cover-up in the summer... LOL!

They truly had everything we were looking for--women's, men's, and keiki swimwear all in one place! Chelsey went above and beyond helping us find the perfect matching set. She assisted me in choosing a bikini, helped find swim shorts for my son, and matching shorts for Dad as well. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the entire shopping experience comfortable, easy and enjoyable. We ended up purchasing the Zuri Monokini, the Keiki Boy Shorts in the Monstera Seagrass print, and the Kamekona Kane Shorts in the matching design. Inside, the store is clean, bright, and well-organized! There were a lot of cute clothes (like shorts, pareos, swimsuits, rompers, sweat pants, and more), tote bags, accessories, etc. There were convenient dressing rooms, Instagram-worthy sofa and backdrop opportunity, and efficient, busy staff. I didn't know that this shop is so popular! The trendy, local styles might seem to appeal more towards younger customers or families who are looking for matching outfits!
