A very late review, but I just had to say THANK YOU to Chelsey! My family and I came in on May 29th looking for matching swimwear for my son's 1st birthday. We had already checked every store in the mall, and no other shop had the variety and selection that 2B Desired offered. They truly had everything we were looking for--women's, men's, and keiki swimwear all in one place! Chelsey went above and beyond helping us find the perfect matching set. She assisted me in choosing a bikini, helped find swim shorts for my son, and matching shorts for Dad as well. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the entire shopping experience comfortable, easy and enjoyable. We ended up purchasing the Zuri Monokini, the Keiki Boy Shorts in the Monstera Seagrass print, and the Kamekona Kane Shorts in the matching design. Shopping in Ka Makana Ali'i in Kapolei, O'ahu, Hawai'i... While strolling through this open-air mall, I was passing by 2B Desired and was curious about their merchandise. Inside, the store is clean, bright, and well-organized! There were a lot of cute clothes (like shorts, pareos, swimsuits, rompers, sweat pants, and more), tote bags, accessories, etc. There were convenient dressing rooms, Instagram-worthy sofa and backdrop opportunity, and efficient, busy staff. I didn't know that this shop is so popular! The trendy, local styles might seem to appeal more towards younger customers or families who are looking for matching outfits! read more

I've been wanting an Eden Monokini in my size so I stopped by in person to buy, since it's sold out online. Wasn't able to get it in my size either in store :( but I was able to get a ulu army monokini instead! Honestly I think everything is fairly priced. Most one pieces especially local brands are in the $150+ range. But my purchase before tax was $98. And their material is really great. Also the 3 girls working at around 12pm today, greeted us as soon as we walked in. One of them came up to me very quickly asking if I needed anything and was very helpful. They were all really sweet! First time I came into the store, seen some of their stuff online so I wanted to check it out. Service is the best, the ladies were very helpful finding sizes for us and checked on us to see if we were ok. Lots of different styles and sizes of clothing as well as other items like umbrellas, bags and other accessories. Price was reasonable too, some local companies can be pretty expensive. Ive been in this store many times, But the most recent time drove me away. I came in looking for a gift, and couldn't help but hear a girl with a name tag that said Iwalani, talking very terribly about another associate, to another associate. I couldn't see her name tag, but i've seen her working there often. It was obvious that it was about another worker and not just someone else. I was really hoping to get a gift for my sister in law. But hearing that drove me away and I don't know that I will be shopping there again because of it. I own a business, and i do not tolerate that type of energy amongst my team. Worst experience in a store ever and never returning. Went to fitting room to try on and as I'm changing the worker rips the door open for everyone to see. Claims she didn't know I was in there but was the one who just let me in there a couple minutes ago. Disgusting and rude. Turns out as well that the fitting room lock is broken so anyone can open it which is a complete violation of privacy. Then as I'm checking out proceeds to not give me the sale price and makes me pay regular price. Can't believe the treatment I recieved in this store and will for sure not be returning. I don't even know where to start. I'm so happy they finally made a in-store location and not only online. Employees are very helpful and good attitude, great customer service all around. So many selections on bathing suits, one thing I even love about them they have children sizes from babies to big kids. Very cute, they also have other things they sell. I love coming here. I was always so hesitant to buy a new bikini due to my lack of self confidence but the people who work at 2BDesired were so kind! Nat helped me pick out the best bikini & ALWAYS hyped me up whenever I tried on something new! The environment is a very safe and joyful place. The material for the swimsuit and active wear, are AMAZING! Definitely worth the money! Also, I bought the new active Chloe rompers, when I got it in the mail, it was too tight for me. Without me knowing the tag fell off and I know to exchange it, the tag must be on... When I went into the store today 9/21/2024 they still let me exchange it to a bigger size.
