The biggest and nicest H&M I have seen. 3 floors, great selection and very helpful and friendly service. They went to the back 3 times to find me the exact item I was looking for. Also open till midnight!! How NYC.

Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Affordability: 5 There is no public restrooms available for their customers. We stopped by this H&M clothing department location this afternoon, while we were visiting the Manhattan area. I used to love shopping here while living in Europe. It was conveniently near Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded and it was maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. H&M always has cute reasonably priced clothes, that can be dressed up or down. I found a few fall outfits and some beach attire markdowns. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The store itself is huge and 3 levels! The bottom level is for fitting rooms and checkout. The second level is women's clothing, and the top is men's. I love how spacious it is being in the heart of Time's Square. The actual variety of clothes is a little lacking however. Not as many options as other H&M stores.

Love shopping at H&M. A lot of my wardrobe comes from here and Express. However service has declining drastically over the years and their selection isn't what it once was.

My bff was randy. H & M to me means He & Mother.

H & M could stand for deviant stuff (Hedonism & Malevolance), submissive sexual traits (Humiliation & Masochism), or what happened to me as a kid (Hitting & Molestation). But in this case, it gladly doesn't. Pretty spectacular and massive underwear store in Times Square - but not one which I shop at because the prices are a little high and they're not nearly as sexy as the places where I go, such as, well, you know. Hustler and what not. Because, well, you know. Barbie.

My favorite H&M by far. Understandably the best selection of clothing. Two levels of neatly arranged racks. No piles, nothing on the floors and everything is spaced out so you can browse comfortably without being on top of your fellow shopper. The staff is friendly and courteous too.

I still preferred the old location near Macy's in Herald Square but can't complain too much as this…read morespot in Times Square is huge, over three floors of men's, women's, and children's clothing and accessories. Well organized, bright, spacious, and clean. I picked up a few things for summer season which were on sale. Many items I saw were on sale which they normally have throughout the year. Always some sort of sale going on top of their decent pricing. Clean dressing rooms and a public bathroom to use, but you need a staff member to let you in. Staff was nice and helpful. Plus, they have late hours here. Open until 11pm most days and until 1am on weekends.

While getting to this location is a bit annoying as you have to fight through all the Times Square…read moretourists, I'm glad I chose to come here! I had purchased a bunch of stuff online, and unfortunately all of the jeans I ordered were too big (I think their size chart changed - that, or I lost weight lol). Instead of returning them, I decided to go exchange them as I really wanted them, they were just too big. This location is HUGE, which is why I decided to come here instead of the smaller one located near me. I figured there was a higher chance they would have my size in everything I was exchanging. Turns out, I was right! I took the jeans to the dressing room to try them on, and the attendant was great! She was super nice and even cleared out the few things left in the dressing room before leaving me to it. I'm finding more and more retail stores to have chaotically-messy dressing rooms these days, so this was super refreshing! After trying on the new jeans and confirming I got the right size this time, I stood in the checkout line to do the exchange. The guy who helped me was super nice! He explained that he would have to refund me for the original purchase, then charge me again for the new jeans but assured me I would get them at the same price. He explained that this is how Old Navy makes them do it and that it confuses a lot of customers (rightly so, I might add!). He also noted that it was smart of me to buy them online as I got a way better deal on them had I just purchased them in-store. Woohoo! While the exchange process took a bit longer than I had originally anticipated, it was super easy overall. Although I hate dealing with Times Square, I would definitely choose to come back to this location due to the size, the friendly atmosphere and because it's open crazy late. Definitely worth the trek, in my opinion!

If you come to this UNIQLO location and haven't visited others, you are getting straight up…read morespoiled! I typically go when Im in Honolulu as we don't have UNIQLO where we live so I always make it a point to stop here when in NYC. The store is gorgeous and huge, three stories including a coffee shop on site! The last time I was here was in the dead of winter so I bought a few pieces from their thermal line which kept me warm all weekend long! Walk around the store, look for sales and special pieces. Become a member, download the app and you get discounts! Surprisingly friendly staff that's helpful, was not expecting that in the heart of NYC.

This 5th Ave location is known as the flagship store in NYC. Additionally, it's the largest Uniqlo…read morestore in the entire US and considered as one of the largest in the world. Has three floors in total in which each floor caters to different categories like heattech + men's + women's + children apparel + graphic tees. There's even a Uniqlo coffee shop on the 2nd floor. A large fake Christmas tree is placed in the center when first walking inside through the entrance. Then, a huge red escalator of heading up and down to each floor is behind the tree. Additionally. everything's either being neatly organized or stacked on most of the shelves and inside drawers except for a couple of areas here and there. The price range is reasonable for most apparel items besides the thick puffer jackets + sweaters + graphic tees. Even though there seem to be signs for the fitting room and cashiers/self-checkout, it's still pretty confusing to walk around and find stuff imo because of how large the Uniqlo space is. I have to flag down and ask different staff about the whereabouts of cashiers as I'm paying with cash. There's a bit of a line for those paying by cash despite several 5-6 cashiers being present while no line at all for self-checkout (card only). No line for the fitting room though. Generally, staff is shown as helpful + amiable + patient in a professional manner towards customers. My favorite section is probably by the heattech area. There're 3 various heattech types of warmth for both adults and children. Of course you can wear whichever layer as you please at the end of the day. All the desired temperatures are simply suitable for preferred reference anyway. The Original (Mild Weather) - 5°C to 20°C or 41°F to 68°F Extra Warmth (Colder Days) - -5°C to 15°C or 23°F to 59°F Ultra Warm (Extreme Cold) - -20°C to 10°C or -4°F to 50°F I think The Original layer of heattech is already pretty warm for the 30s-40s temperature here in NYC. The fabric is the thinnest in material. Very comfy to wear without being too stuffy on the inside. I bought two long sleeved heattech pieces today ($19.90 each). They also come in different colors and styles that might be suited to the personal taste of each and every customer. I'm not sure if they have a restroom for the public, will have to search for it next time...
