The biggest and nicest H&M I have seen. 3 floors, great selection and very helpful and friendly service. They went to the back 3 times to find me the exact item I was looking for. Also open till midnight!! How NYC.

Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Affordability: 5 There is no public restrooms available for their customers. We stopped by this H&M clothing department location this afternoon, while we were visiting the Manhattan area. I used to love shopping here while living in Europe. It was conveniently near Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded and it was maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. H&M always has cute reasonably priced clothes, that can be dressed up or down. I found a few fall outfits and some beach attire markdowns. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The store itself is huge and 3 levels! The bottom level is for fitting rooms and checkout. The second level is women's clothing, and the top is men's. I love how spacious it is being in the heart of Time's Square. The actual variety of clothes is a little lacking however. Not as many options as other H&M stores.

Love shopping at H&M. A lot of my wardrobe comes from here and Express. However service has declining drastically over the years and their selection isn't what it once was.

My bff was randy. H & M to me means He & Mother.

H & M could stand for deviant stuff (Hedonism & Malevolance), submissive sexual traits (Humiliation & Masochism), or what happened to me as a kid (Hitting & Molestation). But in this case, it gladly doesn't. Pretty spectacular and massive underwear store in Times Square - but not one which I shop at because the prices are a little high and they're not nearly as sexy as the places where I go, such as, well, you know. Hustler and what not. Because, well, you know. Barbie.

My favorite H&M by far. Understandably the best selection of clothing. Two levels of neatly arranged racks. No piles, nothing on the floors and everything is spaced out so you can browse comfortably without being on top of your fellow shopper. The staff is friendly and courteous too.

Nice store, three levels, very clean and well organized. The few times I needed help, I found the personnel to be very accomodating.

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

I had a work trip run expectedly long and desperately needed some things to wear, without having…read moretime to go to a physical store. MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

I am confident, however, I will find something that appeals to my frugality. I do not know if Muji invented the concept of a brand that is not a brand, in the sense of not advertising itself, which ironically achieves its own iconic minimalist status. They have perfected it though. Last time, I got their 90 degree socks. I actually have concluded it is not a gimmick. I have some socks that slip off, at the heel, in particular if I wear them with runnig shoes. These do not. Everything I have acquired from Muji has gone into my regular rotation. The design is good, the quality is there, and the prices are not outrageous. So I commend Muji to you if you have a similar sense of not wanting to want, but being willing to browse. I'm confident you will find something on every visit.

I feel like it's free aromatherapy because they have tons of diffusers going on but never overwhelming. I also appreciate this location is wheelchair accessible. The employees are helpful and never pushy. It has the usual stock of home goods and clothing for men and women, but I don't think this location is particularly large if you're looking for the full array of what Muji offers.

Dear Stacey Bendet,…read more As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Alice + Olivia over the past decade, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding both a product quality issue and a subsequent failure in your customer service department. I purchased a white vegan leather jacket from your brand at the soho location. Shockingly, the material has begun to discolor and turn black, rendering it completely unwearable. When I reached out for support, I experienced an incredibly frustrating "ping-pong" effect: the Soho store told me to call customer service, and customer service directed me right back to the Soho store. No one was willing to take ownership or provide a solution. For a luxury brand with premium pricing, this dismissive attitude toward customer loyalty is unacceptable. Product defects can happen, but your current policies and customer care framework fail to support the people who keep your business running. I have noticed your merchandise lagging on the floors of major retailers like Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue--and frankly, this unhelpful approach to customer service is likely a driving factor. Until Alice + Olivia improves its quality standards and institutes a policy that actually protects consumers when items go bad, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing this experience with my network to warn others against buying from a brand that does not value its dedicated customer base. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer support infrastructure. Sincerely, Dr. Estupinan
