Pedicure was 10/10, my feet were jacked and they made me feel like I was walking on feathers. My mom and I went on a Sunday afternoon, called 10 mins before walking in, and they took us right away. Had the best foot massage and TLC/attention to detail I've ever received. I admit to Snap judging the ambiance from the look of the building walking in, but I take it back!! During a pedicure a week ago now the experience quickly turned unpleasant. The technician used unclean tools, causing an unsettling feeling of unease from the start. When trimming my nails, they were cut too short and unevenly, leading to sharp, painful edges!. the exfoliation was nice and a fine scenery but the actual work did me more harm then good. Not a great experience at all. My cousin and I were both getting acrylic nails, I had a design and she didn't have a design. There were three workers one left, one sat in a chair on her phone while my cousin waited for someone to help her. The lady thanked my cousin for her having to wait. The guy who was doing my nails first couldn't get my nails to stick so he kept just adding glue, then got his finger stuck to mine. When he was clipping my nails he pulled back which just pulled my finger nail. Then he hit the top of my hand with the nail file because he kept moving my hand in positions I couldn't get it to go into. He cut my cuticles really short which made them bleed and burn with whatever products he used. A few of my nails are crooked. You can see through the nail polish on some of them. There are bubbles in my nails. There are little indents in my nails. When he motioned to put my hand underneath the UV, it didn't turn on, so I asked him if it was supposed to be on and he just completely ignored me and didn't do anything about it. It took him about an hour and forty five minutes to do my nails. To top it off he didn't paint them the right color. I would've said something about it but my fingers were in pain and I just wanted it to be over. read more

I just got these done yesterday my thumb had a bubble and and popped on its own. Lol and got paint on my work pants. SMH! Me and my best friend went to this salon, we both got a full set and one of her nail broke off not even two hours after. I asked for coffin shaped nails and they're not even coffin shaped, they also didn't get the right length when I told the employee I wanted them longer, they also drilled my nail to the point where it was raw. Loved this place! I came in town from Denver and was looking for a salon to get a good pedi with my mom. They were able to get both of us in at the same time (on a Thursday afternoon), and had a really great selection of colors (all varieties of reds, pinks, purples, blues, greens, and oranges). They had basic options for pedis starting at $16, but we got the premium option, only $35 which included (our choice of): sugar scrub, cooling mud mask, hot stones and extra long foot and leg massage! The technicians were very nice, personal, and great at their jobs. They were also very accommodating when I asked if I could bring in my little dog in since we came straight from the airport! Yeaaa been here a couple times & finally learned my lesson... overall just sort of meh. And today's visit the lady got just too aggressive now because of her excessive trimming too deep on the sides of my toe I now have an infection and swollen toe. I'll pay more to have a professional spa do them and where they speak more English to interact about needs (I've had numerous pedicures too and don't consider myself delicate) as to top it off she couldn't communicate about the initial injury. Pedicures should not draw blood period. I can't recommend -- then after all that she stood right over me as I'm trying to calculate a tip from the charge it's like geez back off! -- as if she deserved any. Too aggressive for me sorry. It's difficult trying to schedule an appointment and then later they call saying they need to change time or someone went home. They don't do a good job they rush through a pedicure. Prices are high! They wanted to charge $20 just to paint finger nails (not a mani) with basic polish! read more

Went here with two of my friends for a girls' day. We scheduled a week in advance for mani-pedis. First they asked to have one of us get our nails done while the other two get our feet done - the point of us scheduling together was so that we could stay together! I was set up with a middle-aged man who didn't spoke hardly any English. I had difficulty communicating the design I wanted, so I ended up with no design and just plain polish. Fine. I was alarmed to see he was using dirty tools, and I couldn't communicate that I wanted clean ones (no other workers were nearby for help.) He was very rough with those dirty files, going over the top of my nails as if the files would buff them! I pulled my hands away a couple times because the edges were bleeding in two spots on my right hand. He did not apply the polish evenly - the application overall was very poor. I wound up with so many hangnails, and a PAINFUL infection. It is less than a week later and my nails are all chipped. Even though my friends nail techs were great, I am never going back. read more

Went in today asking for what I thought would be a simple request.... powder dip nails in the design posted below that I found on Pinterest and next to it is what I left with .... and when he was using the electric file he cut my thumb..... and the file job I left was was very rough I had to go home and fix it myself! I left down $45 and very upset! Will not be going back... The owner was nice, and friendly. The lady today though was rude, and lazy. She rushed through, and didn't care one bit of my friend's nails. She was talking about 'fighting' which is unprofessional. When we came back, and told them very nice that she did an terrible job. She couldn't face the truth, and starting raising her tone. When we called she was arguing, which is unprofessional, and just hung up. The customer service they need to work on. My first time coming in, and got terrible service, and they don't know how to shape to save their lives, you made my nails thick, skinny, which is bogus. I've been going here once a month for over a year, I've always enjoyed it. Last week I called to check for availability on 2 pedicures and was told I could come in. Was on the way and then received a call saying they didn't know what happened and I couldn't come in. I waited until today to try to go back. This time I called and made an appointment at 8:50 for 2 pedicures at noon. We showed up to be told they already gave my spot away to someone because they thought my name was something else. It was before 12 and they had just sat 2 other people down. They didn't try to fix the situation just kind of looked at us like "oops". For someone who's been coming there monthly for a long time I'd expect more than an oops. I will no longer be supporting this business or spending my money somewhere that doesn't appreciate their loyal clientele or even just people who make appointments and show up on time. read more

Went there with my mother to get our nails done for my wedding. The man that did my nails was completely and utterly rude. He filed my nails so rough I kept telling him that he was hurting me and kept pulling my hands back and he just kept filing them. My nails beds were almost bleeding, I swear I had no skin left. My nail beds hurt for a couple days after. He did not listen to me when I stated how I wanted my nails. I kept telling him I wanted them shorter and he didn't listen. I was beyond frustrated. When painting my nails I told him that I wanted at least one more coat to make the color darker which he didn't do. I finally asked for a different nail technician. I went to this nail salon a few days ago to get acrylic tips and powder dip, at first it seemed really nice, the girl with the dreadlocks was nice and said they could do my nails and told me to pick out a color and then some guy came and did my nails when they started to do my nails they looked fine at first and then I reiterated that I wanted the powder dip but for some reason they put gel on and they came out really uneven and there is drops of nail polish underneath my nails so it looks sloppy and if I hold my nails up in any kind of light you can see right through them and there's a bunch of glue underneath my nail that you can see, so I would probably just go somewhere else. read more

Really wanted to like this place as the owner is very nice. But too many issues with my nails. The guy who did mine was rushing when I was only one there. He cut my cuticles bad, rough with drill and I jerked my hand away many times. My nails hurt a lot after and lifted within a week. Worse was that I got fungus on 3 nails which never happens to me. Very disappointed. The man doing my pedi dug his tool so deep into my toe that I bled. I now have a terribly painful infection. This was by far the best pedicure I have ever gotten. I got the luxury pedicure and they were very reasonable. They put hot stones on my legs and put Paraffin wax on my feet! They put a chocolate scrub on my legs and I was so close to eating my own leg. I would highly recommend this place. It's an amazing experience! read more
