If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would. I have been going to this nail salon for eight years. On Friday I went and got my nails done. Nails were done so bad, some nails longer than others, bubbles in the nail polish. They just looked horrible. Paid $85. Went back today, my only day off, to get them fixed. Owner was there and he said they would fix. Woman took 2 hours and product wasn't working yet she kept trying. Finally I said I just want regular color. She leaves and another girl comes and does EXACTLY what I asked in ten minutes. I leave and the first woman comes out and says I need to pay. I'm like what? She says you need to speak to the owner. NOW, he says you need to pay. I'm like you said I didn't have to? he said yes you pay $50. So they screwed me out of ALOT of money. Didn't back up THEIR screw ups, and now lost an 8 year customer. DO NOT GO THERE. Something has seriously changed. They are not the same upstanding people they once were. They have become uncaring and greedy! read more

‼ attention everyone I recently went to get my nails done from. @ Hollywood nails and when I went back for my fill I grew fungus on 3 of my nails and when I went in to talk to the owner and let him know what happen he got super defensive and started yelling at me and proceeded to say I had no appointment and I told him I was not getting a feel. I wanted my nails off and he still was yelling at me then he said he will have them take them off and someone said they would be right there and I sat there for 20 minutes and no one came, so then my friend got up to speak with him and he was yelling at her and I started to record. read more

I am very disappointed with the results of my nails. First they took 30 min to attend me when the place was damn near empty. I went in to get 4 acrylic nails removed and she used a plastic nail to remove my acrylics! My nails needed to get a touch up. She did not even bother to shape my nails or trim them like I said she went straight to painting my nails and my nails turn out horrible! Never will I come here ever again. I wish I could give this place zero. I asked for an acrylic nail removal thinking they were going to do what other nail salons would do. Soaking your nails in acetone, then filing the rest off. No. The lady took nail tips (the ones that they glue onto your nails) and used it to literally force my acrylic nails off. It was painful and she seemed to not care at all. I am very very upset. I will never come back here. In total it costed 5 dollars. I was hoping to pay upwards of $10-$20 for a nail removal. If I wanted to scrape my acrylic nails off, I would've done it for free at my own home. read more

My mom and I went to get pedicures, which turned out okay. My pedicure went faster than my moms so I decided to get a manicure too which is where my appointment went wrong. The technician rushed so much that my shellac manicure ended up horrible. I had brush strokes in the paint as well as paint up over my manicure. I honestly won't be back, waste of $88. read more

Is zero stars an option? My mom and I just went there for mani pedis and it was awful. Not gonna name the ladies who did the actual work, as they seemed new and at least the one who did my mom's nails was nice and seemed to be trying. But we were not happy with the results. So I told the manager who got super defensive and refused to give us any money back or a certificate to come back and have another person do our nails. He got mad at us when I did not want the same lady to spend another 30 minutes doing a crappy job on my nails. Then he blamed the poor job on the fact that we got paraffin wax as part of our manicures and that the nail polish won't dry or stick because of it. Long story long, crappy job, even crappier management who refused to make it right. Here's pics of my mom's nails. Mine looked worse. Almost forgot! During the hot stone pedicure, she picked up the hot rock which burned a hole through her glove and then immediately put in on my foot. Oh sorry, too hot? I have never had a worse manicure experience in my life. I felt like I was stuck in a Glamour magazine story about bad nail salons. The moment I walked in, all the employees were trying to sell me more services. After saying no for the fifth time, I realized most people probably just give in so they stop asking. It was annoying to say the least, but the worst was yet to come. The woman doing my nails had the biggest attitude problem ever. She acted like I had killed her firstborn when she noticed I still had old polish on. She then rolled her eyes when I told her she was hurting me by pushing my cuticles back too hard, then rolled them again when she saw my finger was bleeding. Somehow that was my fault. She quickly swiped on some nail polish and then charged me $14. Seriously? This is Green Bay lady. I could have painted my nails like that myself, minus the blood and pain. AWFUL. read more

This is like the puppy mill of nail salons. They get the job done and they do a decent job, but the entire process makes you feel cheap and used. If you've ever wondered what it's like to be a herded cattle, this is your place. You are clearly nothing more than a number to them and they rush you through with absolutely no concern about what you actually want. They are rude and rough. The only reason they get 2 stars is because my pedicure wasn't awful and they are reasonably priced. At the end I asked if I was able to add the tip after the card was run (at the salon I typically visit you cannot) and he snapped at me "YES, WAIT"!! I'm still baffled by that, who gets pissed over a tip?! There are MUCH better places within 2 Miles that are worth the extra 5-10 bucks for an experience that allows you to relax and feel like a valued customer. read more

What the hell kind of place is this? Their sign said a regular full set with regular polish was $25. At the end of the service she wrote up a ticket for $40.. I asked her how she came up with that she started making up a bunch of excuses like it was more because she wanted her nails long, and extra to file and shape them .. I told her I was only going to pay the $25 as it's false advertising that she tried to charge me more than what the sign said. She turned and ignored me and let the very rude owner yell at me and laugh in my face. Stopped in to treat myself to a gel manicure yesterday. They have remodeled since the last time I went here and the place looks fantastic. My nail tech was kind and patient with me. I have sensitive nail beds so she tried her best to be gentle. Besides being gentle she was a perfectionist with the job she did which is exactly like I am with my nails so I really appreciated this. It was a little pricey $35 after tip but the experience was worth it and my nails look great for New Years. read more

the polish job was okay but apparently i had an ingrown toenail the lady decided to yank out and it got VERY infected and VERY painful. Very cheap. Very dirty of a salon and not friendly staff. I've seen many horror posts on Facebook of the quality and infected nails.

Didn't go here for nails, but always got my eyebrows waxed by the same lady who was quick, efficient and nice. However this time when I went in she was not there, instead the owner calls over this young Latina, who leads me to the back room without a word. I felt her applying the wax haphazardly and didn't wait 5 seconds to immediately rip it off. She then proceeded to go in with both scissors and tweezers, ripping and cutting hair left and right with no attempt to actually shape my eyebrows. Unsurprisingly they turned out horrible...completely unnatural looking and uneven. Half of one eyebrow was missing. My eyes were watering and I was already in a hurry so I didn't see the full damage and just paid and left. They obviously don't care about having competent employees and I hope no one makes the mistake of going there. read more

Not a good place to go. I've been here many times, and every time there is something that goes wrong. Usually it's just the painting job is not quite what I wanted but well done, or a nail is a bit crooked but tolerable. This time they left me bleeding and didn't spend any time on me at all. I get that they were busy, but you made my toes start bleeding. The least you could do was massage me for the correct amount of time, not 10 seconds. I will now not only be finishing the paint on my toenails, but also be putting bandaids on my big toes when I get home. Basically they treat your feet like a tough stain on a metal pan. When we arrived, the manager said 10 minutes. We were seated in 10 minutes, however our basins were filled with cool water and blue tablets that turned our skin blue. After waiting 30 more minutes, our pedicures finally began. It was a mediocre pedicure at best. Because we had waited so long, we opted for the seasonal quick pedi. The dude who did my nails was a savage. He cut me twice and destroyed my nail bed with the buffer. He dug into them soo far my nail was stringy. Then he covered up my cuts literally over my cuticle and fingers with the nail base formula. I'm afraid if my nail comes off my whole real nail will come with it too. His leg was shaking the whole time I'm not sure if he was on methamphetamine of what. I switched to a different lady halfway through and she huffed around so the plastic wouldn't be stuck to my fingers but I'm still scared and over all disappointed. When he went to go cut my nails they even chipped up and instead of fixing them he just put the plastic nail base over it I'm ashamed I even paid for it and my pinky looks like crap. I only paid because I didn't want to rip off the second nail lady but might go back and ask for my money back because they're just embarrassing and my nails hurt. I took my daughter for her first pedi, the girls who did the nails were nice and did a good job. However, when it came time to pay their credit card machine wasn't working and I did not have cash so they wanted me to write down my card number along with my 3 digit code on the back. Well obviously I did not feel comfortable doing that so the next option was for me to leave my daughter there and go to Wells fargo to get cash. I had to pay a $3.00 fee to get cash out and they did not discount it even thou it was their issue. The owner or guy who was at the cash register was very rude I will never go back. I used to come here a lot. Never amazing but usually not awful. Today was awful. I am very pregnant and just wanted a pedicure. I was barely acknowledged and waited for 10 minutes before anyone even filled up the foot bath. Then when they did, it was ice cold. I sat for another 20 minutes with No more acknowledgement.
