There's a helpful lady at the front desk who will direct you. The building is nice and there are public restrooms down the hall. This is the first year we haven't done our taxes ourselves. There were just too many variables this year with various medical expenses, Airbnb, and my name change. She finished our (we feel) complicated taxes in just over an hour. It feels great to have peace of mind knowing that they were one, out of the way, and two, done well. All for a very reasonable price. Overall, awesome experience and if we need help next year we will definitely go back! Helpful, professional, and extra points for having Maggie Rogers playing in the back ground. Phew! I have always had my taxes done by a friend in Cleveland Oh, and just never took the time to find a new one. I scheduled through email and quickly got a response back. (I had emailed a couple places and this is the only one that actually returned my email) I scheduled a time and I think a week out to meet with them. When I arrived, I met with Nichole Thousand and we discussed my current situation and what she needed to take over my taxes and help me with other financial needs. I must say that I was very impressed and that she has made the transition very simple and easy and I feel full confidence in her services. Everyone I have met there has been extremely helpful and polite. If anyone still needs to get their taxes done, or needs advise for their business this is definitely a phone call you need make. I tried to file my income tax with H&R Block so I could apply for a loan on my return on 3/15/26…read more Angela Johnson was the "tax expert" that did my taxes. I specifically said I wanted direct deposit. She asked for my bank information, which I gave her. When it was done it was going on some Emerald card. I said I asked for direct deposit. Then it said I denied my refund. I tried to call and the recording said I had the free version and wasn't allowed to speak with anyone. Free?? They were goi g to charge me almost $300 for a simple tax return. I asked questions, asked to send me the return to sign it. She never answered a question. I called today and was told she didn't work on the weekends even though she did my taxes on Sunday. She never got back to me at all. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was on her way there and asked to have her call. Never called. Called back and now she's not in today. I missed out on the loan for my refund. All the person I talked to said is we can cancel the taxes. These people do not answer questions, charge a ton of money for a simple return and you can talk to no one. I will NEVER use H&R Block again. All they care about is charging you as much as they can and lying to you. Worst customer service.
