Finally got our packet and our taxes done, was told we were all set and would see the tax refund in our account within 2-4 weeks. Time went by and nothing... we called for an update and they told us "oh we forgot to have you sign something".......frustrating. We signed the document and got the refund within days but should have had it sooner. They just sent us our bill, we called to discuss it and nobody answered. Left voicemails and still have not heard back. Overall, they seem disorganized and the communication is not great.

Last year, we needed an extra copy of our taxes (electronic or paper, didn't matter) and we called to request. Receptionist put me into his voicemail and I left a message. No return call. I emailed. Still no reply. Second call. No reply. I finally just went in and requested in person. This year, we had questions about the unemployment tax being refunded.
