They do offer shipping and free returns but maybe it's because I'm old school and want to physically see and touch before I buy. New Pros: 1. Amazon returns processed here. You get your money credit right away plus you get a staples coupon as well 2. Passport photos taken here 3. Processing of TSA pre check can be applied here which is pretty convenient. 4. Electronic recycling available. Plus you can get bonus points for credits to use later on. Cons: 1. Less product online the floor 2. Items displays don't match the price tags. So you have to be ready to take a photo and show the staff when you check out. 3. Hard to find available staff to help you on the floor. She walked me through all the options, and get this, she added a coupon I didn't even know existed. Honestly, I felt like a printing ninja after that little discount surprise. My wallet and I are best friends now. While I was waiting for my prints, I took a stroll through the aisles and wow, I was like a kid in an office supply candy store. They had tons of furniture on sale, especially chairs. They were on discounts and I thought I was dreaming. I mean, who knew Staples was the hidden gem for office chairs? However, you must call in in advance to schedule an appointment with them due to COVID-19. They are limiting their capacity, so they don't really allow walk ins. They are also doing this because they want to ensure that there is an employee available to help answer all of your questions and concerns. If you suddenly come in, there may not be an employee available to assist you in case you have any questions or concerns. So please call in advance. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was looking for furniture in this store with my mom several weeks ago in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: A plethora of parking. Seriously. You can park anywhere you want in the lot. It's massive. So few cars there during COVID. Furniture: Lots of furniture to choose from. However, if you do not find what you are looking for, have no fear. You can take a look at their plethora of catalogs to find what you are looking for. Staff: The employee helping my mother and I went above and beyond to assist us.
