When I pick my beautician, one of the most important qualities is consultation. I told her what I want and Erica gave her opinion based on my eye shape and what my look could be afterwards. No one greeted me or said anything, they actually waited until i said something first. I said i wanted to wax my legs, and the woman at the front desk said something to the other woman in another language and she then walked me into a room. I didnt like how she treated her colleagues or how no one greeted me. The waxing session itself was very painful, other wax places don't hurt as much as this did. They use all purpose wax, which she had to repeatedly go over the same areas because it wasn't working well. The lady was so nice though, she was great. I am not coming back because the wax is really cheap and they double dipped.
