I go there for my appointment... and they said that they no longer go out Groupons for repeat costures... IT DOES NOT SAY ON GROUPON. Their excuse is that Groupon don't allow that, which is not true. I have seen plenty Groupons that have that disclaimer. What they are doing here? I can tell u... they have the repeat Groupon customers come in. Tell them that excuse that they do not disclose at all on the Groupon nor on the schedule call. And when u arrive... they double the price. Since you are already there and probably is doing this for a reason of special occasion. Now u are trapped and pay double. I'm not even going to review anything else since they are super scammy and dishonest with their business practice. This is unacceptable! Get out of Groupon or have the disclaimer on the site, and on the calls for appointments. I could tell they deal with this all the time, they have an excuse they keep repeating and clearly works to double their prices once the unknowing customer walks in and now is stuck Now idk how to get my money back and I walked put of this place that instead of honoring the service they charged me for, gave me a headache to get my money back, while they know this is happening because of them and their greed to take the thing off Groupon. I initially thought I would do the Natural Lashes which is what I've typically done with other lash technicians. The lady on the phone explained to me that the Natural Lashes are typically J curls and 11mm in length. Since I usually do C curls, she recommended the Glamour Lash Set instead. I paid a $30 deposit as this is a requirement in case you no-show or cancel within 24 hour notice and paid the remaining balance of $70 via Zelle after getting my lashes done. Note: if you pay with credit card, you will have taxes & fees added so make sure to bring cash or use Zelle. Also, tip is only via cash so come prepared. My lash technician, Lola, did a great job! My lashes have more volume and still look natural, but just more enhanced. She also has such a light touch (either that or I was super tired) because I definitely fell asleep for a bit. I didn't have any stinging or eye pain either. Good try; will definitely consider coming back if this set lasts long!

Technician glues multiple cluster of lashes to my right eyelid. Tearing for an hour after install. Texted Mirella Selimovich, owner, explaining issue. Told me to come in for review/correction. Noticed next AM at work, tech glued another set of clusters to my left eyelid. Texted Mirella requesting full refund as I now have to pay for removal by another salon as well a new set as obviously I have no further confidence in her or her lash technicians. Was met with threats that I DO NOT know who she is, and wishing me luck reporting on her business. No further words are needed. Screenshots of convo attached. Do not walk, RUN by this salon. Your statement with reference to poor removal/hygiene - it's sad when other technicians are scape goated for poor work they have to rectify when the installation was less than to begin with. Removal was difficult due to placement of clusters too close to lash line as well as too close together, glued on top of each other, and same holds true for appearance of a sty. Ocular sebaceous glands cant secrete as usual - again- because of poor application. But of course, you with your professional experience should be knowledgeable of that. And, please, stop acting as if the way I spoke to you was improper when your texts are posted for everyone to read LMAO. Lesson learned here is to be grateful for the money I spent to know unequivocally this is a business I wouldn't waste any money on in the future. This was actually the fastest lash session I have ever had, they applied the lashes in 45 minutes which is fairly quick. The employees were very polite and made the experience comfortable. The lashes lasted almost 3 weeks which was great.
