I needed a solution to cover it up while it regrows and wouldn't mind adding some length in the meantime. Ruthie went through all of the options - she does everything from wefts to wigs to k-tips. I told her my budget and booked a consult. I met her the same day and she assessed my hair. She recommended 16-inch tape-ins to minimize damage and seamlessly cover the short layers. I have brunette roots with blond balayage and her color match was perfect. Her human hair extensions are absolutely stunning - soft, silky with highlights exactly like mine for a perfect match. Her tape-in application was flawless and I had brand new hair in under two hours. I arrived with a choppy bob and l left with long, luscious locks. I have never tried anything except clip-ins and having these taped in is such a game changer. I workout, wash my hair, style it, sleep on it, and the hair is just always on point. I save so much time getting ready and I am not damaging my natural hair when I use heat on it. Each time, I was asked to provide the same information, despite prior chats and confirmation that the return had already been received. I was told I would get an update within 24 hours--days went by with no communication. Only after reaching out again was I finally told the refund would be processed. While I did eventually receive confirmation, I was disappointed to see that shipping was deducted, even though I had already paid to send the item back. After all the delays and lack of follow-through, that felt like poor business practice. Customer service should not require this level of persistence just to get a resolution. The lack of communication, repeated runaround, and having to chase my own refund made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
