I am a regular here and I have had positive experiences except for a hiccup today. The front desk…read morewas really sweet and the lady working the front desk offered me water. The person who did my hair her name was...Leandra or Leyanda (sorry I forgot!) did an excellent job and gave me exactly what I wanted. My issue was that in the beginning a woman said oh I'm gonna wash your hair for you and before she started I said I also booked a 10 minute massage and she goes well I don't do that and walked away. Luckily she didn't turn out to be my stylist. But, that was really offputting, and one of the workers nearby started laughing after she said that. I think that was very unprofessional. The prices are good and the quality of services has been good but the fact that someone was so rude and dismissive just really put me off so I'm not really sure if I'm gonna come back here. The vibe was just off from that lady and that guy.

A gentleman client who was in the store the same time as me got his hair dyed by Barry and it looked amazing too, so although I'm sticking with Mariko as my stylist, I feel like you could get top-notch hairstyling from any of the stylists here!
