Been going here for laser lipo and I fared sauna after and it has been amazing. My wife and I found H-Bling from some careful Google Searching after I severely sprained my lower back (SI Joint) and wanted to attempt to speed the healing process. As someone who had not yet experienced the healing and restorative power of Cryogenic Therapy, let me tell you-WOW! As fitness competitors and folks who subject their aging bodies to a pounding both in and out of the gym, we desperately need a place where we can experience ultra recovery hacks and secrets. After two sessions in 3 days, I can honestly say the injured area is dramatically improved. I have less pain, inflammation and a greater range of motion (ROM). The H-Bling facility is also beautiful and ultra modern. We haven't had the opportunity to use their Infrared Sauna and the various other cool pieces of recovery tech they offer but plan on doing so soon. Both Susan and Monica (the owners) are knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional when prepping you for your treatment. I've had the chance to come here four times so far and still need two more times to go for the iLIPO sessions. The staff and owner are all really nice and knowledgeable on just about everything on health and there machinery. I got this deal on Groupon and was a bit skeptical in the beginning about whether it would work or not and so far after 4 sessions I've lost 2 inches and hope to loose more the next few times. I'm also keeping up with diet and either exercise or infrared sauna. This is definitely ONLY for people who are about to change there eating habits and exercise though. It's not for people who will not change and than decide to get the ilipo and then expect to get result. Even though I've kept up with the whole eating and exercising right and have only lost 2 inches. I'm sure for other people, it will vary and depends on each individual. Great place though! My daughter Cheyenne is a 12 year old elite wrestler and mixed martial artist that travels around the states competing against boys and some girls..... She has been training and working out since she was about 6 so her body is not like most kids her age and does go through a lot! She's very strong and needs additional therapies like deep tissue athletic massages and tried cryotherapy in combination and she absolutely loved the cryotherapy!! She said she slept like a baby and the tightness she was feeling in her neck back and shoulders felt instant relief ..... She was a bit overtraining for a fight she's having and needed the relief horribly!! She will be coming at least once a week as she trains 5-7 days a week hard..... I love the saunas here. I want to get one! Very detoxifying. I have tried other brands but this one is high intensity +really works . The place is an oasis and when I am in southern CA I always get at least one visit in. I get massage here and use the sauna.
