Reason for coming here. I have a lot of allergies, eczema rashes. Outcome thus far: I feel more energized, after several drips my skin is calmer and I can't prove it but I think I lost 7-8 pounds from doing this. I've been coming to this location since Feb/March. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. The nurses are great, nice and knowledgeable. I got a membership and it's a great way to recharge, get some skin and overall health benefits. It does get a little busy so schedule an appointment. I suffer from eczema so they helped me manage a flare up, from there I just keep coming in. It's almost strange that I haven't had a flare up in a few months. It's not gone but it's more manageable. I also lost about 7-8 pounds since I started this.... So something is working. I can nerd out on you as to why this is likely happening but I'll leave that to the professionals. I have tried other places last year but it doesn't feel the same so I come back to Hydration Room. read more

The nurses and assistants here are all very professional, friendly and helpful. I had very specific requests due to the medical issue I was having and I had a lot of options given for what was most beneficial. The nurses helped customize an IV infusion to meet my needs and my body felt so good afterward. It was easy to schedule and communicate with the office. The setting is very relaxing, comfortable and clean. So I spoke with Michael on the phone and got the rundown on it and I made an appointment and went on over. He was not only so easy-going. He made me relax. Both the receptionist and Julia the nurse were so incredibly warm and inviting! Came in with a mean sugary drink hangover on a Saturday at noon and received 50% off as a first time customer. I didn't feel better instantly but the effects really kicked in by the time I got home! This IV saved me! My first time ever getting an infusion for a hangover and now I understand the hype! I have had about 4 infusions here and had an excellent experience. Nurse Jonathan was great with my IV. I barely felt anything. He took his time to go over all the options and carefully explained to me what the different additives did and helped me pick the best option for me. Emily was very thorough and recommended what IV I should get and she explained all the different vitamins and medications i will be getting. I can to the hydration room because my daughter had just had a cold and gave it to me. As a stay at home mom with a toddler it's miserable taking care of an active kid when you feel horrible. So I came in and got the cold and flu shot in hopes I would start to feel better. One of the best parts is I was able to bring in my 2 year old which was a huge plus as I don't have a sitter. The nurse was super nice and explained everything to me as he was doing it. In all I was maybe there for 15 minutes. Throughout the day i noticed my symptoms slowly getting better and by the next day i felt great. I am so so glad I did this and will for sure be back! read more

I visited the hydration room several months ago out of complete desperation. I have suffered from chronic fatigue for the last 20 years. The last two years. It has been very severe. Usually I had to lay down and rest after even the most mild exertion. I honestly felt like I was slowly dying, and after visiting, many doctors and spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on natural and holistic practitioners, I wasn't getting any better. I figured maybe if I got a B12 shot it might help me to function even a little bit better. I visited the hydration room and received the super boost shot, and I felt fantastic for about a week. Then the fatigue set in again. I went back the following week for another shot, and then another week and then I went back a month later for another shot, and then another the following month, so I received a total of about five shots in a three month period. These five shots have completely turned my life around, and for the fraction of a cost of what I've paid out to different doctors. I now have the energy to work and exercise and do things I felt I hadn't been able to do in many years. I feel excited and energized after a nights sleep, which I hadn't felt in a very long time. I am so grateful for this place and for what they have done for me. I recently had my blood checked and I was way over the limit for B-12, so I will be taking a break from the shots. They were a lifesaver for me, but I wouldn't want anyone who was experiencing serious medical issues just to rely on this place if maybe they had something more chronic going on, but for me personally, this place has changed my life. I came in for a hangover IV last Sunday. They initially said it was 15% off as a new client. I asked for deluxe at $195 full price, expecting the 15% off. Around 3:30 the nurse came over and said they were ending the service early because they close at 4, so I would only be charged for the regular at $135, not deluxe. The charge was $195. Not really acceptable and I didn't appreciate them asking to end the service early. i am not sure why they would close at 4, it seemed that every single chair was occupied, thereby you can tell its not run by the owner. There is no number to call to ask to have my bill adjusted. Otherwise the service was fine, although it was a bit cold so bring a jacket, and try to schedule ahead as they're crowded. I was really excited to try this place out but left shortly after arriving for my appointment because their manager refused to honor the price I was quoted over the phone. I live in Downtown Fullerton and this place is walking distance from my house. I called on April 1st and spoke to Michael or Matthew? (Sorry, bad with names) over the phone who politely explained the process and booked my appointment. The specific IV I wanted was $220 and when I told him that was a bit outside of my price range, he told me he could offer me the half off promotion at their Fullerton location since they were running a half off promotion due to the opening of their Yorba Linda location so instead of $220, my treatment would only be $110. I agreed and booked my appointment at the Fullerton location with him. Today, I arrived for my appointment and when I checked in with the nurse, she told me that she spoke to her manager and he told her that he would not honor the promotion they quoted me over the phone. The girls were kind, it's not their fault, but it's unfortunate that management won't stand behind the prices their employees are quoting customers over the phone. They told me I could go to the Yorba Linda location if I wanted that price. read more
