Now…read morelet me tell you that people rarely take the time to leave reviews unless something goes wrong so take what the previous person said with a grain of salt. I read reviews constantly if I'm shopping for a product or using a service; in this day and age you pretty much have to. I've gone there three times for just a few cheap parts so take what I'm about to say for what it is, which is stellar customer service. I'm not a contractor so I'm not spending a lot of money, so their motivation to please is genuine. I was working on a leaky kitchen faucet a few blocks down from the store and it was just kickin my @##. I invested close to 6 hours trying to get that dang leak to stop. I'm a handyman so I'm pretty good at fixing things but with this, I met my match. The owner, Larry, was so willing to help me solve the problem while I was in the store. We tried replacing the cartridge ($20) and the seals (he gave me for free). Went back and went to work to no avail. If I coulda thrown the thing out the window I woulda. I called at about 4:50 to try to speak to Larry but he wasn't available so I asked the gentleman on the phone if he had any techs that might be able to help me troubleshoot the problem and he referred me to Terry, the service manager (Not a technician). I spoke to Terry and told him my dilemma and he asked me where the property was and I told him and he said he'll right there. This 60+ year old man hopped in his truck and buzzed down to help. He got there, worked on it for about 30 minutes and couldn't get the leak to stop so he went back to the store to grab another part. He came back and worked on it for another 10 minutes. No luck. He then called Larry (the owner) and explained the situation and Larry came by too and together, after about 30 more minutes of working on that #$%#%$, they got it fixed. Thinking surely I was gonna get raked for needing two people to fix it, I asked what the damage was and Larry said "Don't worry about it". Huhhhh. I didn't think I heard him correctly. They refused to take any money. Terry lives more than an hour away and Larry came by to help after business hours and didn't even charge me for nearly an hours worth of work. If you find any company that would do that, you better not lose their number. I will continue to use them and I will refer people to them because they went above and beyond when there was not motivation to. Amazingly friendly guys and very knowledgeable. A customer for life Please remember to post reviews about all companies you come in contact with but be weary about fake reviews as well. There are companies out there that other companies hire to leave fake reviews so if it sounds really generic, its probably fake. In this new era we're in, content and online reputation is everything so do your part to let people know.

I hired this company as the plumber for my bathroom renovation about two years ago, and I would not…read morerecommend them based on my experience. From the beginning, the quality of the work was poor. During the renovation, we discovered that the plumbing lines were not secured properly. If the wall had been closed up with tile before checking the work, the pipes would have made significant noise behind the wall. Even after addressing it at the time, the pipes still make noise to this day. More recently, the shower valve began leaking behind the wall, which caused damage to the unit below mine and to a common area of my condo building. I had to open up my wall to access the plumbing and have the issue repaired. Their own plumber came out to fix the leak and acknowledged that the original work had not been done correctly. Despite that, the company has refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship or cover the related costs. They also would not even comp the repair they had to make to their own prior work. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. The original workmanship was poor, it caused ongoing issues, and when a serious problem came up later, the company refused to stand behind its work.

I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. They he's for the plastic resident trim off the frosted window that looked into the tub and told me oh by the way, you need a second code of mud on the throw. All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. He also stole two $500 Apple advances from me and a $50 cash advance from Apple. He told me he needed that. I live right in a 55+ community right on the water and we were two hurricanes in a row and I have been slowly digging my way out years. Trying to get my place for back together. It is my retirement help. I do not have homeowners insurance because they do not give them on mobile homes. My mobile home is basically brand just a chassis, the iron very strong. Was putting 8. I had to replace the water, vapor etc. etc. I'm a far away from being done. I want them to give me back with the money I gave them because I afford to them this kind of money. I called this company for a recurring washer drain clog. Their tech was friendly, but the entire service ended up being a chain of misdiagnoses and upsells: First diagnosis: "It's the P-trap." Cost: $650. Didn't fix anything. Second diagnosis: "It's ventilation. A Studor vent will fix it 99% sure." Cost: $850. They cut open my wall, tested it, STILL didn't fix anything. Only after all that did they finally run a camera and claim the pipe was "collapsed." At that point, I was charged $500 to stop the job, and they left me with: A hole in the wall A cut, exposed pipe An unfinished repair Zero documentation of the alleged collapsed line And the exact same problem I originally called them for This all could have been prevented if they had done a proper camera inspection BEFORE cutting into my wall and installing parts I didn't need.
