The sales staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and I even ended up finding a bike there for a friend who also had a great experience. Since then, I've gone back for advice on another bike I was considering consigning, and they were generous with their time and knowledge. I wanted to leave this review because I was genuinely surprised their rating wasn't higher when I looked them up again. I've owned quite a few motorcycles over the years and have worked with dealers all across the city. I would never ever recommend this trash service to anyone. The employees are beyond entitled and rude, and as stated, they apparently just simply don't fix scooters brought to them and don't tell their customers they aren't planning on it.

He was very responsive via text and offered flexible appointment times and reasonable prices. He kept me updated via text on his arrival time and job status. He did an assessment of the scooter and then replaced the battery, gas and cleaned up the carburetor and put air in the tires. He was very clean and efficient.
