I would never ever recommend this trash service to anyone. The employees are beyond entitled and rude, and as stated, they apparently just simply don't fix scooters brought to them and don't tell their customers they aren't planning on it.

He was very responsive via text and offered flexible appointment times and reasonable prices. He kept me updated via text on his arrival time and job status.
