My review will cover Stefani's barre class. I was first introduced to barre in 2019 and I've fallen in love with the practice. Stefani's barre class at Facet Seven Heights is my absolute favorite! Stefani is very upbeat, personable, fun, and extremely energetic! Her class is great for beginners and those who are advanced in the practice! She always has a fun playlist to rock out to and it makes the class even more fun! If you visit this gym, I definitely recommend checking out Stefani's barre class. She teaches on Mondays at 7:10pm, Thursdays at 6:20 or 6:35pm (sorry I can't remember), Saturdays at 10:35am, and Sundays at 9:45am.

Instantly when I started taking classes at Facet Seven I appreciated the community and friendliness at the front desk, members, and the instructors as well. I mainly take Stefani's barre, yoga, and ABC class but also have enjoyed HIIT and strengthcon with Emma. Stefani is a bright light and makes working out so fun but also challenging. Emma similarly looks to challenge but is also motivating and provided me modifications when needed with an injury, looking out for me when I didn't realize I could re-injure something without even knowing. The gym has a variety of equipment but is on the smaller side, so it's easier to see and get to know regulars in your class but also meet new people. Highly recommend!

Sweating, running, push-ups, pull-ups, etc., and being expected to complete the series of assigned exercises? You probably also remember the last time you were able to do all those things with ease when you were 12. Well, Body Camp is like that. As an adult, I appreciate the simplicity of conditioning your body by using your own strength and resistance. No gym, no weights, just good old-fashioned physical labor. For me, SEAL PT is the best workout. I took classes years ago, but moved and had to drop out. I'm hoping to achieve this time around what I did then, which is to get into the best shape of my life. Graduating to the more difficult Boot Camp and eventually becoming a Lifer would be great, too. The camaraderie and results can't be found in a gym. As a side note, Instructor Harris is not boring! At least my body doesn't think so - three days straight of his workouts required multiple Advils just to function.

Then the instructor told her that it's out of her hands and she would need to contact the billing department; then the billing department said she "should have canceled through the app" (even though my wife didn't have access to the app because she didn't want to continue the service) and when said she could send their conversation thread the billing department just ended the session. So then my wife disputed the charges through her bank and now they are threatening to send it to collections. All because my wife decided to not use there service.

I recognized one of the gorgeous personal trainers Jourdan from high school and immediately reached out to her and filled out the intake form. Seeing how in shape she was and her feed really motivated me to pursue this gym. The intake process was relatively quick and I came in for my first session with Jourdan. She showed me a couple of workouts and showed me around both Illuminate Fitness and Illuminate sweat. We sat down and discussed goals and I was so pumped to start this journey. I will say from the first meeting I was so hooked by Jourdans bubbly personality. She is SO freaking sweet. She set me up with my current PT, Kelly who I adore. It's been about five weeks since I've started my meal plan and training with Kelly twice a week as well as attending the group classes four times a week. I've seen so much change in my body and even on the inside (my confidence, self esteem etc) I could literally cry. I was lying to myself before I started coming here eating whatever I wanted and "working out" in a constant cycle of going 110% and then quitting. I was so tired of the BS. This gym has transformed me inside and out. Everyone here is extremely genuine and supportive. I love that I have them to look up to. I love the community feel and how they are always looking out for their clients. I want to give a major shout out to Kelly, Jourdan, Nate, Colby, Emily and the rest of the team for everything you guys do for your clients. You guys really have something amazing going on here and I can't wait to see this business blow up. Y'all are amazing. And may I add I have lost four pounds, four percent body fat and gained about 3 pounds of muscle. I will attach my InBody results to show you, that you can do it to. I'm a nurse who works 3x a week. OT is a science backed workout that focuses on your heart rate zones to get the best possible workout in an hour flat. The classes are always a different mix of running, rowing, and lifting with a focus of endurance, strength, or power. No 2 classes are ever exactly the same! What makes the Sawyer Heights location the best is a mix of the people, the coaches, the big open space, and the cleanliness. First off, parking is never an issue here, there's tons of it. There's lockers, 3 restrooms, and multiple showers. Then the workout studio itself has 17 each of treads, rowers, and weight stations. Even when I don't feel like working out, just show up and you're guaranteed to have a better day than you were expecting. Catch me at any of the morning classes like 5am, 7:10am, or 9:30am depending on my work schedule, enjoy!
