10/10 highly recommend. If you're looking for a high energy and intense gym, this is it. Please don't come in here playing around because it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Drink water before you come and be sure to hydrate while you're here because there is no air or heat. It's giving grungy garage. Aside from the gym where the weights and cardio equipment are there's a sportsplex out back where various trainers do small group training. Then there's the $5 boot camp on Saturday that's the premier class that includes very organized circuit training. I recommend you start with the Saturday bootcamp to try it out other classes that are offered especially Strength and Conditioning. Strength and conditioning is an extremely advance class and not for beginners to the gym. They also offer other classes as well like trampoline aerobics, step aerobics, and cycling. If you're a small business owner there are vendor opportunities as well.

Great Saturday Morning Workout!!! OMG... I don't know what I expected, but the Saturday Morning Bootcamp blew it out of the water. From the hospitality to the music to the workout itself. I was definitely amazed. One of the best things is that the Trainers encourage you as you are working out. They give you that second wind needed to complete the workout. That is definitely much needed, especially if you have had a long Friday night... lol... I also love how the Trainers actually work out with you and don't get up tight if they have to re-explain the exercise to you. Even though I'm super sweaty, I still smile for the after work out picture like I just arrived. At any rate, I will be back and am telling allllll of my friends!!!

There were also a lot of new people to Pilates who came to the class, and the instructor did not go over the reformer at all. The instructor also gave poor directions, she kept messing up which arm or leg we needed to use, which made a lot of us confused. One thing that wasn't related to the teaching was that a lot of people were talking or laughing over the instructor, which made it not a pleasant environment. I did get a good workout in and the studio is cute, but my overall experience wasn't satisfactory.

There's plenty of parking, but I can see it getting packed in the day time. I took the Foundations class, as it's recommended for beginners. It was easy to follow and a couple of moves were too difficult for me. The instructor reassured me that it takes time to get better which made me feel better. They also offer free sauna after class which is nice! The studio is small and cute. One thing I will say is there aren't any lockers or cubbies for your stuff. Just a bench and people just put their things around there on the floor or bench. Overall, I enjoyed my workout and would love to come back here

You do a 60 min workout consisting of 20 min of spin, 20 min of strength, 20 min of yoga in that order. i've tried so many spin and pilates classes and i find myself getting bored of them but i never get that feeling at Spenga. Liz is a phenomenal instructor, but all of the instructors are so high energy and make sure you have correct form to stay safe while working out. It's pretty beginner friendly, and the instructors offer modifications during each workout so you never feel weird about maybe not being able to do the workout exactly like them. I have made all my friends try spenga at least once and I'm truly obsessed.

The first time I took Spenga, I kept telling my best friend I wanted to come back immediately! We both booked through ClassPass since we wanted to try out a new studio. Plus, 3 - 20 min exercises in one class is super interesting. 20 min of cycling, 20 min of weight lifting, and 20 min of yoga at the end to cool down. The front desk staff are quite inviting! The instructors have AMAZING energy, especially when we first took our class with Sergio. He was motivating, smiled, and just had this high energy that kept me going in my workout. ESPECIALLY, during the first 20 min of the spin portion. I recorded my workouts on my apple watch for each section and booooiiii you basically burn about 400 calories total! You gotta bring your own towel and of course water!! They got you dripping in sweat! There's plenty of parking in the back of the building, plus lockers to put your stuff in and shower. I highly recommend trying this place out! You get everything you need from cardio, weights, to even yoga cool down.

I also track my light and deep sleep, and the stats from my deep sleep went from about 2.5 hours per night to about 6.5 after partaking in Fire & Ice. How does it work? You spend 3 min in the ice bath followed by approximately 15 min in the sauna. Repeat 3x and do one final ice bath dunk at the end. If you're killing it and feeling run down, check them out and ask for Justin. He'll take great care of you. It's made a HUGE difference for me!
