I got a few bids on this, and what I liked about H-Town was they gave us an exact amount (not a fee to show up and a variable amount based on what they saw). We ordered a 55 inch TV from Sam's Club and paid for it to be installed and hooked up to all of our systems (DVR, Blu Ray, Wii, PS4, xbox). Apparently, Sam's Club sent Raphael out to do the work. There were prompt, professional, fast, and helpful.....even though our appointment was on Sunday at 8 am! I accepted the fact he was hours late and he kept aware of his arrival. However he was very dry in his conversation and I offered him to come back, but he declined. He was able to make it out for a same day service when my original installer cancelled, showed up with a professional set of tools (made sure to find the studs and center up the TV, no half measures here). Raphael at H-Town's finest installed a complete theater system for me at my home. I was lucky to have hired him to install my system. First, I will say that I like for people to be honest, punctual, and take pride in their work--because I take pride in my own work and in my home. Raphael did not require any upfront money, which made me trust him right away, and he was always updating me regarding his plans. he finished the job in about three hours and left my house as clean as when he started. Second, I like a reasonable price. I called another local home theater specialist, and he told me it would cost me $8,000 to do what Raphael accomplished for a fraction of that. Then this fella in Tomball, apparently sensing I was on a budget, attempted to sell me a $700 discontinued 1080P Vizio TV for $1400. I told Raphael my budget and my product ideas. He didn't judge or grumble--he just sent me a list of products he recommended and offered to sell them to me for less than you can find on any internet site. The system he put together for my media room was done on a budget but sounds better than the movie theater in my opinion. Third, Raphael alerted me upfront that the Blu Ray player he ordered and sold me had a dent--he probably could have gotten away with installing it and not telling me because I would never have seen the dent. Instead, he installed the dented player so I could enjoy it over the weekend and delivered and installed a brand new replacement the following Monday morning. Top notch all the way around and super trustworthy!!! I could sing H-Town's Finest's praises all day.
