We got three quotes on replacing our 50-year-old HVAC system. Of the three people who came to the…read morehouse, Josh was the most knowledgeable and thorough with his quote. The other two companies didn't even measure my rooms to see what my square footage was. What really sold me was that when Josh went over the quote and what he would need to do, my husband had almost no questions. He is an engineer and usually has a billion questions. I love that All Service is exactly that. They do it all--hvac, plumbing, electric. Not only that, but they were the only company that warranties their labor for ten years, and they provide 2 years of general maintenance and checkup every six months. This job wasn't easy as I had them relocate the unit from a downstairs closet to the attic, and we had them add duct and ventilation to a room off the garage that has never had heat and air. They still managed to complete the job in a day and a half. I will admit, they were not the cheapest bid. However, when I considered everything the other companies neglected to consider (like needing to add a breaker for the AC because we haven't had an AC in 11 years) and all that, I am sure I would have ended up paying more with the other guys. The work they did was top notch. My propane guy had to come out to leak test the system after install was complete, and he even said he has never seen such good install work.

This price is already discounted; the original was higher. I looked up the price online, and the going rate for this refrigerant is $240 for a 5-pound tank. Their service is good, but they charge too much for it.
