We were told that they will replace the flavor if we didn't like it with no extra charge. It's very chill in here and the music is not overly loud compared to other hookah lounges. There are private rooms where you can have up to 8 people. We were told that they are planning to put karaoke inside them so I can't wait for that! The price of two glasses of wine and water is too much outside of happy hour. Service: 3/10 When we came in a poetry night was going on which was really cool. Someone was performing when we walked in. To our surprise No ones greets you as you walk in so we had to find seats ourselves. The only table we found was not wiped off or cleaned which is okay because I would assume that the server would see it and then wipe off the table. But it never got cleaned. Which is a red flag for me. The server came by and asked us to scan the QR code to see the menu. I do like QR code menus to make things simple. We ordered 1 glass of red wine and some bottled of water. Now, we did this to taste the quality as when you order things you start off with a starter and order more if you like what you taste. When our server came she brought the bottled water and the glass of wine. We tasted the wine and it didn't taste as high quality as we wanted. So we decided not to order anymore as we assumed that the rest of the items in the menu wouldn't be as good as we expected. Then the person that was hosting the night just said as because they were doing a poetry night that we as customers should support and order from the menu, which makes sense. So we thought we were good as we did order some items. The pack was well done. Smoke was smooth, no abnormal stained tasting. Mouth tips provided, coals provided were coconaras. Customer service was on point. 'T', Our guy that serviced us, was attentive to our coal management. He was very adamant to our enjoyment in the establishment. Kudos to T for our experience. Side note: we asked for playing cards, and he went out of his way to provide cards to us, (they didn't have any). Seven was our waitress and somehow managed the impossible combination of being attentive without hovering. Drinks were full, coals were fresh, and she kept everything running like she'd already read our minds. The food on the menu looked good enough to make me question my life choices, so I'll definitely be back to try it next time. Great hookah, great service, and a chill atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that eventually I had to leave.
