Been getting my water from here for 10+ years and will continue for life. Best shop & water ever!!

Parking is a challenge even when shop is closed . There is a extra obstacle with some construction at the front door right now,underground dug up with steel sheets over it and a road warning cone‼Maybe 2 designated spots to park so timing is everything here. Usually the door is closed because the shop is not open ,when I come .I come with change to use the outside machine,on Sundays after farmers market.Yesterday about 3:00 ,on a Saturday. I realized I didn't have change.But shop was open , and door was open so I looked inside to see a short ,frizzy medium length ,grey haired lady standing behind the register. she looked petrified. Another woman with long grey hair was just standing off to the side . Not behind the counter.wearing dark sunglasses No one else was there. "Hi ,is everything ok?" I said.I had my bottle outside ready to go and my dog in the car with the window down. I said "Hello ,is it possible to get some change today for the machine outside?"Reaching towards the counter to put a $20 . There. She is staring at me ,looking like she saw a ghost. Confused ,Her hands are on the register,but it's almost like she couldn't speak. I am looking at her waiting her response. No response, just a frozen scared look.this is an easy question,yes or No question!!!! ?????I said "I have a dog in the car who I need to keep an eye on . "She is speechless and says "I don't know what you're saying, shaking her head". After some time ,the bill is going to blow away ,I'm thinking to myself Just say yes or No .maybe I should just go anyway ,this is too hard for her.. She is so freaked out ,she never said hello or welcome in ,nothing till I decided to take my $20 off the counter. As I reached towards the $20 ,Her friend or who ever was standing off to the side ,possibly a customer ,she felt safer with . Tried to explain to her what was going on. Then the elderly woman,finally speaks,What's this for? I repeated again and said "your machine outside ,if you can't do it I understand" I only had 4 quarters for 5 gal. Bottle .She is fumbling around dragging this whole thing out with her questioning now. About the way she is going to break the $20 . "I said what ever you can do , it's fine it's just for your machine., "i smiled ,patiently even tho I really am ready to go as she is so bewildered and barely Abel to speak,,comprehend,let alone act or move to complete the task. This was too hard .she tried to speak again after it was explained by the other woman . " I can give you a $10 and 2 ,$5 ". And opens the register,Finally .progress ,"Great Thank you very much . I really appreciate it. "I said As I pick it up off the counter ,and I'm leaving as quickly as possible. And then the other woman asks about the dog ,and wants to chat,now....!!!behind the register the other woman is still Staring at me with these frightened, wide open,blue eyes ,filled with fear.Very strange experience that took so much time to get thru. My mom used to say " you gotta know when it's time to stop" If you can't welcome people in ,why is the door open? Native local feed back . read more

I like the water in this place. The only thing I don't like is not the help offered. They should be more helpful carrying the water to the car especially if you are older. read more

We needed water for a camping trip and years ago had used this water store frequently. The woman behind the counter was very nice to the people in line but but was rude to my husband. I suspect because he's not white. She was also very annoyed that he wanted to pay with quarters. He had brought quarters because in the past we would use the machine in front. Has anyone else every experienced this? Won't ever go there again. read more

What can I say I am a snob for water and let me tell you the day I tried h204u is the last time I drink another water source it is the purest and best tasting I have ever tried. I have 4 five gallon jugs in my house at all times and if you see me out I always have a gallon jug in my hand. I've been drinking the water during my pregnancy and now 1 year later I'm still visiting the store frequently. They have an affordable plan making it very easy and quick to come in and out. I visit on my lunch breaks so it's nice to just go in and out. I can't help but to talk with the owner Chris and her daughter just because they're such good people it's contagious. My daughter stayed home today with the flu and the number one element to getting over this cold was keeping her hydrated. So grateful, Chris and her daughter came right out and put the water in my car since the baby was with me. What a blessing having such wonderful people in our community and the water is delicious. read more

Their water is consistently good and I trust it to always be that way. I sometimes also get reverse osmosis but mostly I take minerals from the health food store to supplement distilled. My body loves it and it tastes delicious! My sensitive house plants are happier too and I am less worried about my male cat developing any urinary problems. I've been getting water for myself and my neighbor for a few years now. I was feeling uncomfortable getting water during the early-days of the pandemic but they have always been compliant with mask mandates since that early time. I have seen people of all varieties and ethnicities patronize their store and I have never seen anyone treated with anything but kindness. The grandma is a little more reserved in general but that seems to just be her nature and she is still nice. This is a local, family-owned business and I feel it is important to support our local community if they are a good quality store which these folks most definitely are. I am looking into having a tank installed for bottle-free home delivery. read more
