Previously we had a soft water system but we had issues with it. We have 7 people in our house with lot's of laundry and showers and the previous system would run out of soft water and we would have to recycle the water manually. This kineitico system has two tanks for ample soft water. The drinking water is a reverse osmosis with filters and does an excellent job with tasty water and does a better job than our previous system. Highly recommended.

After a quick assessment, including understanding the neighborhood and its hard water challenges -- he was able to give us an instant quote. Of course, we had to discuss the quote with the family to see if it was something we were able to work with. Within a week, we were able to get in touch with him to schedule the installation appointment. Trung arrived the day of our appointment and got straight to work. He installed the water softener tank along with corresponding piping, and secured everything with a drill. He finished in record time (less than two hours) and was very thorough with explaining maintenance instructions, etc. The product is covered with manufacturer warranty and he wrapped up the appointment by advising us to call him should we ever experience any issues. Very disappointed with the communication and overall service from this company. I was told one…read morething, while my tenant was given different information, which created unnecessary confusion. After the technician completed the filter service, my water filtration system was not working properly. I contacted the owner expecting them to stand behind their work and help troubleshoot the issue. Instead, without performing an official inspection of the system, I was quickly told that the resin likely needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $500 for another service visit. My system is only about 5-6 years old, so I was concerned that such an expensive repair was being recommended without properly diagnosing the problem first. We later discovered on our own that the actual issue was that the filtration system settings had not been set correctly after the technicians changed the filters. Once the settings were corrected, the system worked. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and proper troubleshooting. Before recommending a customer spend another $500, especially immediately after your technicians serviced the system, I would expect the company to first verify that the work was completed correctly and that the system settings were properly configured. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
