I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS!

The air conditioning completely failed within 24 hours of driving the car off the lot. After taking it to a Honda dealership they discovered a completely failed compressor shaft seal and a heavily leaking AC discharge hose. It is highly suspicious that the AC worked perfectly during the brief test drive, strongly suggesting the dealership simply recharged the refrigerant right before showing the car to mask a known, pre-existing issue OR just looked the other way at the leak. When I brought this to their attention, the response from management (GM: Frank Lee and Sales Director: Michael Spektor) were completely dismissive. They hid behind "as-is" paperwork to avoid covering the $800 repair bill for a component that failed immediately. If their multi-point inspection failed to catch an active AC leak, they are completely incompetent; if they knew about it and chose not to disclose it, they are dishonest. But don't worry you get your first oil change free here because everyone is so nice here - just not when they need to pay. Not to mention on our first drive out, the splash guard at bottom fell out the bottom while going 70MPH on I-5, you can only image what they would refuse if it had hit someone or caused an accident. Not inspected I'm guessing Once they have your money, they do not care about selling a functional vehicle or respecting your boundaries. Do yourself a favor and buy your next vehicle elsewhere.

At delivery, the truck was not properly detailed. There was a dirty towel left inside, the center console was unclean, bird droppings on the exterior, and the truck bed had not been cleaned. For a vehicle that had been reserved for a week and given the amount we paid, this level of preparation was unacceptable. We were not provided a walkthrough of the truck's features, no guidance on the Toyota app, and no explanation of how to set up payments. We also were not informed at the time of purchase that we could upgrade rims and tires by paying the difference -- something we only discovered later through the service manager, after the opportunity had passed. While Bradley was professional and polite, the overall sales process lacked clear communication and follow-through. After an accessory upgrade, we were not properly advised about the window tinting process and only learned not to roll the windows down from a small Post-it note. Most disappointing, after Keith, the Sales Manager, personally asked us to leave a review, I emailed him twice to address these concerns and received no response over several months. What concerned us even more was being told that the vehicle was essentially on its last legs and needed extensive work. Fortunately, we decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. Another reputable shop reviewed the same vehicle and quoted approximately $3,000 to address the legitimate issues that actually needed attention. I understand dealerships typically charge more than independent mechanics, but the difference between $11,000 and $3,000 is impossible to ignore. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone receiving a large repair estimate here to get a second opinion before authorizing any work. Immediately after receiving that estimate, we were met by a salesman who recommended we trade in the car and cut our losses. We left feeling pressured, misled, and with very little trust in the recommendations we were given.
