We give this guy an excellent review after buying our Cadillac with an aftermarket warranty. The A/C stopped working. Initially, when we first got the car. So we brought it back to them, and they said they have fixed it. However, 2 months later, it stopped working again. So, when we brought it back to them, since we had paid for the bumper-to-bumper warranty, they just left us outside for almost 45 minutes. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey put $3000 down in January and two weeks later it overheat. I had to have it towed to the dealership (that was tow #1)They said they fixed it. I drove it off the lot and four days later my car overheated on my way to work. I was stuck outside in 28° weather for 3 1/2 hours. (Tow #2.) They took it back again said they fixed it. Put a new thermostat and some other things and acted like they were doing me a favor because they weren't charging me! I pull the car off the lot and made it to 320th (the lot is on 333)and it made some weird banging noise and shut off. (tow #3) Got it back they claimed it was "All fixed" I made it to work, 17 miles and on my way home 3miles from work It overheated again. (Tow #4)This time, I took it to Buckys who has informed me that because the car kept overheating, I have a blown head gasket that is not covered by the Warranty along with something else (warranty did a partial cover) caused by the car overheating so many times. I now have to pay out of pocket $2400.00 the warranty did cover $3100 for the other issue. Since I don't have a spare car just chillin, I have to pay for a rental for 4 weeks! I would NOT recommend this business to anybody, it's shady and they like to say, oh well it's a used car, We don't really know what could happen after you drive it off the lot. All of the salesman use the same line, like it's in embedded into their Brain! The closer is a fast slick talker! PLEASE STOP PRETENDING THAT YOU'RE FIXING CARS WHEN YOU'RE NOT. The young salesman who drove me home for the 3rd time said, the mechanic is a little rusty, but he'll take care of you! But then all of sudden he walked us outside thinking we were going to see a car. Please read carefully before buying from this place. I regret for not reading YELP before purchasing our car. We went and they were very nice and friendly. After desperately needing a car, so they showed us a few car. I found a car we liked but had some cleaning and minor repairs. And they said they will replace the battery for us. Before making that purchase they promise to take care of all the necessary fixers and they said it should be done within 24 hours. We sign the paper and paid for the car. After 24 hours, no phones calls. We had to call in and they claim it still need to be dry and they are working on it. 48 hours later, they claim the mechanic is working on it but the tech left home early. We are getting irritated and anxious so we call and told them never mind we just take the car home as we need the car for work. They said sure come and pick the car up. We came to pick up the car, nothing was really done to the car. Just to clean the car. No major detail like promised. And I ask them if they replace the battery and two different guy gave different answers. One said yes it was done already and I came and ask another salesman and he said "oh who said we will replace the battery?" I honestly don't know for sure if they did change the battery. I was already in bad mood, by then I don't care anymore I want to take my car home. I just feel stupid. I will be more careful next time. Do more research and never ever pay until everything is done!! Additional when I drove the car home, it wasn't the same when I test drive. We were in the process of looking for a nice used truck. And quite frankly, All Right Auto Sales was chosen because it was the closest dealership to our house. We had planned to go to another dealership after this. However, when we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. Of course, we'd expect this from any used car dealership that we had planned to go to. But this staff, particularly Yamin, helped us find the type of truck we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy, and when we were ready, they lowered the price to make it more affordable for us. After signing the papers, I drove the truck off the lot and the first thing I noticed was that the radio wasn't working and the door lock wasn't working. I realized that it was my fault for not checking but I decided to go back and have them look at it. They not only fixed the door lock, but they replaced the broken radio with another brand new radio. I don't usually give good reviews to used car dealerships. But I think this time, I will make an exception. We're very happy with our truck and very happy with a very supportive and friendly staff here. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good vehicle read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would I am a single mother of 2 1on the way I came here with the expectation of putting only $1000 down on a car mind you this was the first dealership I went to I need a reliable vehicle for my children And my parents had got their cars here but they already have history with buying cars and credit I went there and they were pressuring me to put $3400 down instead of 1000 I asked them if there was a way I can leave with the car there for just $1000 down and they said no and as soon as I left Alex had called me saying they had a car for me which I find a coincidence these people are scammers thinking that I don't have people that work for other dealerships so I called around and went to an actual Toyota dealership and they said that is the most ridiculous thing they have ever heard it is a market tactic to make you put down more money so that they can pocket it I went to a Toyota dealership and put $1000 down with a $400 payment with no credit insurance of 150 and a 2019 Toyota Camry with 83,000 miles on it do not go here !! They are super pushy I have gotten about seven or eight calls in one day asking if I'm coming in being super pushy and almost borderline harassment. I found this place after searching everywhere for a car. It was on a whim and I was pretty desperate to find a car. The salesman was a little pushy, but which salesman isn't? However, I will say that they are very VERY sneaky. During test drives, they do come with and they talk A LOT. I understand they're showing you all the features, but it's a little excessive. I would have the salesman be quiet for a second because if it were not for my dad who came with me, I'd have never heard the rattling noise the car was making. And they put the sun visors down to block a small crack in the windshield as well. When we got back the salesman said he'd have the mechanic take a look at it and said it was just tailpipe. They were having a really "good" deal for the car compared to other places with the same car, mileage etc. It was a risk I was gonna take since I was desperate. WELL, boy, do I regret it! Turns out when things seem too good to be true, they usually are. After having my car for a little over 30 days, it broke down on the highway! Turns out the alternator is busted and so is the belt. Shannon says she stands by all her sales and tries to sell you with talks of her family and all that. But really she's a businesswoman trying to make a sale, that's all. You know that scene in Matilda where her father shows his kids how he cheats the system of selling his used cars? If you get my reference, then you know how sleazy of a person he is and that's exactly how I feel about this place. All in all, save your money and go somewhere else. Horrible place to buy a car the car. I bought a Cadillac Escalade from the ten months ago. I put 10000 down and three days after driving off the lot the check engine light came on. The mechanic said oh it's nothing just a fuse don't worry. Long story short the hybrid battery was bad and the engine failed. They are liars and extremely rude and wouldn't help us. Do not shop here. I bought a car from here less then 3 months ago and the head gasket blew. I called and spoke to their mechanic and he said it was my fault that it happened and it would cost me $180 for a diagnostic test and I would have to pay for all the repairs. Mind you I got an oil change 2 weeks after I got the car and just got the transmission flushed 2 weeks ago, so I am having maintenance done on the car. If you value your peace of mind do not shop here buy your car somewhere else, anywhere else. they knew that there was a problem with this car when they sold it to me and now I'm stuck paying thousands of dollars for a car that may need a new engine. They are scammers and terrible people. They knowingly sold me a truck that had massive issues - it needed an entire new engine. The check engine light literally came on when I was driving home from the dealership. When I called them and asked them for a refund or to at least get some assistance, the devil eyed owner screamed at me about how it was sold as is and then hung up on me. Please learn from my terrible experience and buy from any other dealership in the area - there are plenty. They are really terrible people and deserve everything coming to them. They scammed me and took thousands of dollars and all my money. Meh. I think you should be a fairly savvy buyer if you are buying a car here. I did "alright" no pun intended. But, the car was clearly not serviced recently, as was claimed. I just let this go because I got a good deal. The tires will need replacing soon, the wipers are toast, and the fluids were dirty (although the oil was OK). The steering fluid was very very dirty. The car probably had been in some kind of flooding (although very minor) there was light rust inside the car on the floor. Again, this ended up all being superficial, and again the car was listed for about 3 or 4K less than other comps at other dealerships. So, I expected soemthing to be a little off. There will be some high-pressure sales and trickery, as to be expected at these places. So, just be prepared for all that, be on your toes, and pay attention to the test drive (tell the guy to be quiet if you have to). If you are concerned you can buy the warranty and then cancel it later. If you cancel it in 30 days then you get a full refund and it is much easier. Financing was easy, I got a good loan and rate. I would be careful w/ financing if your credit is not at least OK as I am sure this place has sub-primes--you might get a loan and end up paying more than the car's value in interest. I guess you just have to decide how bad you need the car. My experience / car ended up being OK. Not fabulous, but I also have bought a few cars, knew exactly what I wanted, and expected a bit of this when going in. Just a heads up. Just know what you are getting into and you can find a good deal here. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Today I spoke with the GENERAL MANAGER Joe and he is just as disrespectful as his employees. As I was yet again peaceful, and calmly trying to explain my situation to him about let him know about the terrible customer service I received from his employee he too did the same thing that Shannon did, he began to speak over over me never once allowing me to finish any sentence during the entire conversation, never apologized for his employees behavior but justified it because he didn't "feel they deserved" this review that I left them, after I told him that it is ridiculous that I've now had to deal with two rude managers he gets loud and tells me I'm the rude one and just like his employee hung up in my face. These people just want your money and will not be honest and fix issues that should be happening on a car a month after purchase. Don't waste your money here they are just snakes. I purchased a car from them about a month ago and after I did the test drive there were a few things I wanted fixed before I purchased it. On the day of my actually getting the car the inventory manager Shannon assured me that there were new brakes and new tires on the car and if I had any concerns or if anything was wrong she would take care of it because the day of driving the car the breaks were still squeaking she told me it was because the car had been sitting but they it wouldn't continue. Two days ago I emailed Shannon the manager about the issue I was having and first she tell me to call into the office at a time that she wasn't even going to be there. On today I spoke with her about the things mentioned, she was rude and disrespectful, trying to tell me she never said any of this any continued to switch up her story as well as talking over me and laughing at the conversation. In the end she hangs up in my face because she knows that she is wrong. After I call back the person that answered the phone was completely rude saying that they do not know when the owner will be back he doesn't have contact information or times scheduled to be in the office. BUYER BEWARE!!! I just purchased my tabs for my truck I bought 1 year ago. It was the biggest mistake of my lifetime. 2 days after I bought the truck I had transmission dumping out of the truck. Back breaks were squealing like crazy. Upon purchase I was told these issues would resolved. After owning the truck I have replaced breaks, wheel bearings, High pressure fuel pump, lift pump, radiator, fuel rail sensor, and the oil cooler. I'm sure there's more. I have spent about 7k on fixing this truck. If I would have had a mechanic do all this it would be well over 10k. After I purchased the truck I knew I made a mistake. I went into the sales office and talked to Joe. I told him I wasn't happy with my purchase and was wondering what he could do to make things right. My old truck was still there (trade in) and I was hoping we could just act like it never happened. He refused. I asked if there was another rig they would be willing to get me into. He replied with "have your attorney contact mine". This has been a huge burden on my family of 6. I don't know how these guys even sleep at night! read more

How they got my cell phone number without me providing it is beyond me. I test drove two of their vehicles, a Honda CRV which wouldn't start until it got jumped (they said it needed a new battery), and a Toyota Rav4 which smelled like cigarette smoke (they promised to have it out in 2 hours, meanwhile trying to pressure us into starting the loan process prior to them removing the smoke smell). I provided them with an email address as my only mode of preferred contact. At no point did they email us on the email provided. They called me 3x over the weekend, leaving voicemails. They would not stop trying to contact me from the unpreferred route of my cell phone number that I never provided them until I called them back and asked them to stop. Having me not answer should be a dead giveaway that I am not interested. Looking my cell phone number up and contacting me without my consent is beyond creepy from my perspective. I would not recommend utilizing their services. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. read more

So I bought a car back on September 17th and the service Ernesto gave me was and still is the best! However... I called in to check on my plates and registration and a few hours later they told me they were ready and I owed them money! I've worked at a dealership in Kent and I used to sell cars, do the online process and do the plates/registration also. I told them that they couldn't charge me more after the paperwork is signed and I was told to talk to them when I go in to pick up the plates. So when I got there I explained this to the guy in the main office while about 7 other employees (all guys) stood by the door being nosy. Al of the sudden some short older guy jumped in my conversation claiming he's the general manager and was pissed off and started raising his voice telling me I didn't know how this works. Then he loudly tells me he pays thousands of dollars for the software they use. I'm not sure which software he's talking about because the whole process is done through the DOL and no one else. On the DOL website you need to enter the car and customer information and right before you process the transaction and get the temporary tag permit, it gives you the total for the plates and registration. They claim they do a flat rate of $200 which I explained isn't my problem. What do they do if it ends up being $200-$300 more than that?? They expect the customer to be ok with it and just hand them over more money? NO!! They need to do their work right and explain that if there's additional charges, you might have to pay the difference when picking up the plates, which they never did! They should go based off of a flat rate. They need to do their job right and stop being lazy and rude! Plus the day after I bought the car, it had issues which I had to bring the car back to them to have it fixed! The customer service from Ernesto was excellent but I wouldn't recommend them if Ernesto wasn't there. The "managers" have little to non customer service and all they care about is the sale. Sadly I had given two people their info so they can stop by and now I've told them about this issue so they don't have to go through what I did! Run! Run! Run! Stay far away from this place! My mother and I went in to purchase a BMW after she put $3500 down and took it home the nightmare began. The car started having major problems almost immediately within five days we took it to a trusted mechanic and found out it needed $5000 worth of work. This terrible place would not take the car back or help us get into a new one so we dropped it off. We are completely out the $3500 and I have been in contact with the Washington state attorneys general. Yelp actually deleted another review I wrote and how they manage that I do not know however, I'm not going to let this go! This is a terrible dealership full of liars and in my open in should not be in business. If you decide to purchase something from this place make sure everything is in writing and take the car to a trusted mechanic before you purchase do not trust the people that work here. If they do scam you call the attorneys general and file a complaint. Taking advantage of people is the business model here. When you turn around they will high five each other and call you a sucker!
