David sold our RAM Truck on consignment in May. Boyko still hasn't paid off the truck with our bank. Leo makes weekly promises to pay off the loan and does not follow through claiming that third party company hasn't processed the payment. David and Leo continue to put fault on one another as to why payment hasn't been made. Leo put a stop payment on original check to our bank claiming David did it wrong. After several visits to see Leo and the same verbiage he seems to use for everyone, we are still not seeing any progress in another check being issued. Claims it's "pending" and that his third party bank does not have a phone number we can call. I'll give one star because he did pay me the fees we were charged after the stop payment but I'm more interested in the loan being paid off. Will be seeking further legal action. Please read reviews, BBB complaints, and AG complaints before going to Boyko. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. My elderly mother's experience with Boyko has been awful. She wired $25,000 for a Volvo and later discovered important details about the vehicle's salvage title that she did not realize at the time. Within hours, we contacted Leo and asked to undo the transaction. He told us he would "work to rewind the deal" and return the funds. Three weeks later: no car, no signed paperwork, and still no full refund. Only $2,000 has been returned despite repeated promises and explanations about delays. Please be extremely cautious. I purchased a vehicle 7 months ago and the shady dealership has still not sent in the paperwork for the registration. Been calling for a month have had no return phone calls. Show up to the shop today and they're completely closed! They have somebody in their remodeling that has no idea what's going on. Don't leave any signs or anything to where they moved to. Left another message today. Still haven't heard anything back. Just trying to get my license plates to the car I purchased with cash. They seem shady AF to say the least. Definitely don't act like a family owned business or family anything at that. I bet if I owed money on a vehicle though they would be able to contact me. Weak sauce! A reputable business would want you to know where they move to so you can stay in contact with them and bring them business again but when you do shady business, you don't leave signs. This was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences we've ever had! We test drove a 2015 Chevy Silverado on Monday and were told the price was firm by Alex. On Tuesday, the dealership reached out saying they'd approve selling it for $2,000 less. We asked for an updated price sheet and didn't hear back. Yesterday, my husband spoke with a different salesman, Brian, who confirmed the truck was still available, immediately sent updated pricing, and scheduled a pickup time for this evening. This morning they discussed down payment options and my husband agreed to get a check from the bank for the purchase amount. My husband left work on his lunch to go to the bank and immediately upon returning received a text saying the truck had "just sold." I had made arrangements to be dropped off at work, since my husband was going to be getting off early and picking me up, so we could get the truck. We had confirmed pricing, had an active purchase in progress, and a scheduled appointment. At no point were we told the truck was being shown or sold to someone else. This felt like a typical bait-and-switch! We wasted our time and rearranged our entire workday. This was extremely unprofessional of Boyko Motors! I bought this truck with cash and a trade in and just a few weeks later they turned the title in for someone else who got a loan for a truck that has been in my possession the entire time. This has to be a scam! Who would buy a car and get a loan without getting the physical car and not try to hunt it down for three months???? This company sold us a vehicle and has refused to hand over the title. We bought our truck outright in April (3+ months ago). The law is that they have to have our title turned in by 45 days. They keep making excuses as to why they can't get us the title - they say they're short staffed. The reviews online are full of people with the same complaint (Boyko holding onto titles after sale). It has been one lie and excuse after the other. They keep sending us temporary plates instead. We have had 3 temporary license plates now. The new truck we bought from Boyko Motors is now parked and we will soon be unable to drive it because we can't get them to give us the title. This is even after we threatened legal action, and contacting the BBB, which we will now move forward on. I do NOT recommend these scammers at all. read more

After reading the reviews I was skeptical on coming in. Was met by Bryan in the parking lot and gave me full disclosure on the vehicle we were interested in and went on CarFax and showed me the CarFax without even asking. Allowed me to take the car to my mechanic in Kitsap Co. (shoots I wouldn't have gave me the keys to take it that far) my mechanic gave me a short laundry list of items that would be due for maintenance in the near future, not an immediate fix. They reduced the cost of the vehicle by 75% of the cost it would take to get all items fixed. They also offered wholesale prices for tires when the vehicle needs them and wheels. That's a stand up business if you ask me. Definite referral and keeping my eyes on their website for future deals. read more

Bought an Acura here for a good price. They were friendly and service was just about right. I wouldn't call it a 5 star service compared to the Acura dealer, because Acura dealers charge more for that. I had an issue with my car, but was taken care of a month after purchase. I have read other reviews on here, and it's not reasonable enough to give this place 1 star. Maybe a 2 star at worse. Averaging this place, based on other reviews, it's about a 4 star so far (about B+ on BBB). The dealership is owned by a few younger guys who are still learning business, which is good. I can only say that we all learn from mistakes and building a business is quite a journey with a lot of professional and personal growth.
