Honestly I wish I would have done this review a few years ago. First off I have to say that I had only been going here for a few years before the pandemic started. When the covid quarantines began, and then a few health concerns, unfortunately I just began to procrastinate going to the dentist. I think part of that is the feeling dental hygienist may make you feel insecure and self conscious. Whether that is true or not you can't change how you feel. Putting my own emotions aside here's my review: The entire staff at Dr Haag's office is incredibly kind. They ALL make you feel like you're more than just your teeth. Everyone is friendly and social like you've known them for years. There's no scolding, no talking down to you, and no ridiculous price tag at the end of your visit. My regular dentist is 90 mins away, in traffic. I had a crown come off & called Dr. Haag's office on a friend's recommendation. Their phones/internet were down so my friend gave the office mgr my number & she called me! I got an appt the next day & was able to download forms online to save time. Very nice office & a professional staff, from front office to dental asst (Mae)! Dr. Haag was quite personable & treated me like I was one of his regular patients. He took his time, making adjustments, to make insure the crown was reseated correctly. He even completed my own dentist's work, saying he would go to him to have his own teeth worked on! I think sharing his honest opinion, even though it might not gain him a new patient is what impressed me the most - a reputable man! Plus, the office charged me only a minimal amount & billed my insurance for it...impressed again! I definitely recommend Dr. Haag to anyone looking for an experienced & honest dentist! read more

It's also a plus that this location is close to home. I wasn't worried being seen during COVID because the office makes sure everything is safe and clean. The front desk is also always so kind. This place is amazing! I am really scared of the dentist and have been known to have panic and anxiety at the doctors due to my past experiences. This doctor is very patient and spends a lot of time explaining everything you need to know, it doesn't matter how long it takes. The staff that works with him are fantastic! Very clean, professional Office. Staff very courteous and always willing to educate with any dental questions I had. Very happy with my teeth cleaning and they feel very smooth and clean. They made great recommendations on Personal dental care items such as my new Sonicare Toothbrush and Water Pik flosser. Their recommendations are really keeping my reel cleaner than they ever been and I'm very happy for that. I also wanted to send Dr Haag and his to a very big thank you so the world can see for what they did for my father before he passed. My father towards the end of his life was having tooth pains and due to his illness most dentists wouldn't even perform the procedure necessary to alleviate the pain. I needed to have a root canal procedure done during the being of the pandemic. I was concerned not only about the procedure but also trying to avoid getting sick. Dr Haag's office take all of the precautions needed during Covid. As for the procedure, it was painless and Dr. Haag and his team make you feel comfortable. The appointments I've had at Dr. Haag's office have been great. From the front desk and hygienist's to Dr. Haag himself, I've always felt welcome and in competent hands. Everyone seems to puts out the effort to make me feel at ease and fill me in on what's going on inside my mouth. They go beyond a simple, "are you flossing?" ( that's a no, just in case you were wondering) and really walk me through what they are seeing and break it down for me in a way I can understand and use at home. Scheduling appointments is always a breeze and when I arrive I've never had to wait very long to be seen -- I appreciate that they use the time I take off of work thoughtfully. I tend to be a tough reviewer and in the past I had a bad run of dentists but, Dr Haag is amazing. I have never experienced such excellent treatment or service. I really cannot recommend him highly enough. This last visit I had a new hygienist, Brianna and she was incredibly diligent and thorough as well as being very concerned for my well being (I may or may not be a bit of a baby about dentistry). They will give recommendation for treatment but are very honest if you have the option of waiting and watching. I like that they are not pushing unnecessary treatment.
