They don't ask if you already have X-rays. If they return a call, one person says, "hey it's me". If you return someoneo call, and tell the person, FOUR times, the name of the person you are calling for, she says, "I need to find out who called you". I witnessed a nurse giving pre-op and post-op surgical instructions in the waiting room! I know what pain meds his insurance will cover pre-surgery, they will give him something after surgery and immobilize his arm. He can use his current PT or a new one after surgery. This is all a HIPAA violation. There were 5 people in the waiting room who witnessed this interaction. I have severe medical anxiety due to medical trauma and supply a FULL, typed medicial history and ways to lessen my anxiety during the visit. It states to "read entirely before engaging patient". Nurse taking my BP missed the memo. She tried asking about allergies. Referred her to my paperwork. She asked another question; same response. She spoke to me during my BP reading (not supposed to). Met with the doctor. Went as well as expected. His attitude was apparent and he had no intention of assisting me. He can't understand a frustrated tone. He was more interested in chastising a patient in pain. If it didn't involve invasive procedures, he refers you back to your primary. I walked out angry and upset. Unprofessional office. I recommend avoiding this provider like the plague.

During her stay, the quality of care was inconsistent. While a few nurses went above and beyond in caring for my mother, and for that my family is truly grateful, many others appeared unwilling to do more than the bare minimum required of their job duties. Thankfully, my siblings and I were able to step in and help fill the gaps in care that we felt were lacking. Toward the end of my mother's life, there were times when it felt as though she was being ignored rather than compassionately cared for. What was most upsetting was the way our family was treated after my mother passed away. We were not given adequate time, privacy, or respect to grieve before her body was removed from the facility. That experience added unnecessary pain to an already heartbreaking moment for our family. In addition, Deborah, the Director of the facility, was consistently rude, unprofessional, and argumentative in our interactions with her. There was also an incident involving another patient, where decisions were made before the full situation was properly investigated, resulting in my mother being moved to another side of the facility. Based on my family's experience, I would not recommend this facility to others seeking compassionate and respectful care for their loved ones.

I can't take it anymore. As a long time patient I can honestly say that Dr. Limvarapuss is the…read moreworst. To start with, this guy refuses to use Epic or integrate with it in any way--the system that everybody else uses. This means that none of my other doctors can see anything about my history with him--no blood tests, no notes, no diagnoses and it makes it very hard on all my other providers and me. I had my primary care physician say to me that he hadn't seen a blood test for me for years and I have one every 6 months! Every time I need this data shared I have to call his office, talk to somebody in records and give them the information of the doctor to share records with and they don't often actually do it. I had to hand him my phone with the John Muir health app open so he could read notes from my cardiologist after I specifically called his office before my appointment and told them to give him the notes from the same cardiologist. Even more annoying, the in-house labs kept charging me copays then also sending me a paper bill for like $2 after the fact. I get the same tests every time, why can't you figure out what this costs and charge me all at once instead of wasting my time paying paper bills. I got fed up with that and went to a lab on the 2nd floor of the same building but because he doesn't play well with Epic I have to hand deliver paper orders--what is it 1985? Even worse, I was left for over an hour sitting in the exam room on 2 separate occasions because he was "busy". I only see this guy once every 6 months so the ratio of him being on time vs extremely late is pretty sad. The final straw was that he and his staff checked me into a virtual appointment and then I guess they forgot about me because 90 minutes later I call the office from my phone and its closed! I get the answering service to get him on the line and he acts like he had no idea why I was scheduled to see him--dude, you asked me to come to this appointment! I have never been so disrespected by a doctor.
