My accident affected my front tire and bumper, no engine damage or any sort of damage that would have required them to mess around with the inside of my car. Immediately after driving my car, I knew it was not the same anymore. My car would shake like the tires weren't aligned properly, my trunk would open out of nowhere (especially while on a highway), and just drove overall poorly. Before my accident, the car drove just great at 66,000 miles. I don't want to believe they swapped out parts while having my car for that long, but I guess I'll never know what went on behind closed doors. Do not go here. After they failed to properly inspect my car following an accident, they became…read morehostile when I questioned them. I paid approximately $9,000 for body work on a car worth about $14,000, and they kept the vehicle for a month while repeatedly failing to return my calls about its status. When I finally received the car back, it immediately had multiple warning lights, including a low-coolant warning. I called them as soon as I got the car back and was told that they had filled all of the fluids. The car later stopped running completely, and I had to have it towed back to their shop. Instead of investigating why the car stopped running shortly after being in their possession for a month, they told me, "You need to get this car out of here," and claimed the problem was unrelated to the accident, even though I had specifically told them that there was liquid all over the ground when the car was hit. They claim to be a full-service body shop, yet they did not even write or provide a repair order documenting what they supposedly determined was wrong with the car or why they believed it was unrelated to the accident. Apparently, this completely separate problem just mysteriously happened at the exact same time. Even more concerning, after the car was towed back, the fluid warning lights that had been illuminated were mysteriously no longer showing. This came after the owner had already told me that he "just wanted to get paid" and did not want the car there, despite receiving a cashier's check for the full bill approximately one week after the vehicle first arrived because I offered to source the used part that he supposedly could not get for a month (and charged me for a new part). I was also told that I would receive a check for my trouble, but when I later mentioned it, they denied ever saying that and accused me of making it up. When I questioned the condition of the car, that they knew would be coming back, and told me I could have it sent in, and then told me "get it out there" upon prompt pick up and questioning why they talk to people the way they do, an absolute animal of a man I had never spoken to before called me rude, told me he knows me and then told me that he knew where I lived. Whether that statement was intended to intimidate me or simply creep me out, congratulations you're as unprofessional, angry, and classless as they come, I guess threatening women is easier than doing your job and standing behind your work. No customer should pay thousands of dollars, receive a car that is not in working condition, and then be made to feel unsafe for asking questions and expecting the vehicle to be properly checked. The car will now have to be properly diagnosed and fixed by another shop. I highly doubt had we went through the insurance company that this would have been the case.
