Got a groupon for threading and decided to give it a go since I was in the area. The lady who worked on me was very professional - asked me what I wanted, proceeded to clean up my eyebrows, and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Threading is way better than wax in my experience. If you get a chance, check them out. read more

I have come here 4 times to get my eyebrows threaded. The first time was great! Sheri did an excellent job. The second time, I was pretty dissatisfied. Not only way it very painful, but my eyebrows were uneven, and the person doing the threading missed a lot of hairs even after I asked her to go over them again. I came back a third time, and they did a decent job, so I decided to continue coming back. On my fourth visit, I came out with THIN, uneven eyebrows. I chose to leave with one REALLY thin eyebrow, and I stopped her to avoid leaving with TWO really thin eyebrows. I think I'm done with threading now. I won't be back. read more

I've been going to this place for years but now will make sure I never go back. I Caught one of the new employees tipping herself more using my credit card after she asked for me for more. Who does that? After waiting 30 minutes in line the new employee took in her friend before me that was waiting 2 minutes. This place is a dishonest place and has really bad customer service. If you like good customer service and honesty you should go to Aisha's that's down the street from them. read more

I absolutely love Habiba's . I have been coming here since I was 16. Fatima does a fantastic job. She threads my eyebrows gives them a beautiful shape . She is very gentle and makes the process really good. It is also more affordable than other places . For my eyebrows and lip they only charge $13.00 compared to other places I've been that charge $20 plus. I recommend to try there facials as well. I highly recommend Habiba's to anyone near the Clear Lake area. read more

Do NOT go to this hair salon!!! I went to get a hair cut and highlights. At first nothing was wrong everything was fine until the stylist ran out of foils. She got on the phone and called the salon owner who said she would run to Sally (Baybrook near Target) to buy more foils. In the meantime the stylist decides since she doesn't have foil she will do the rest of my highlights with Kleenex. She tries to convince me she does it this way all the time and she is trying to keep from "stressing" my hair. Owner finally shows up with me arguing with the stylist about the Kleenex and hands her the foils and doesn't say a word to me. When my hair is washed and dried its the worst mess I've EVER seen. I had to pay a color expert at Lavish Spa $200 to correct the disaster. She used 3 toners and had to redo my highlights completely. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this salon. read more

My mom and I have been coming to get wax and threading for just about 8 years since we moved to the area in 2008!! The only place we ever consistently go to and I always trust with my eyebrows. My favorite to see is Sheri, she always does an awesome job, is very sweet, and also very efficient so I never have to wait forever- in at most 30 minutes I get a full leg wax, arms, underarms, eyebrows and upper lip! Ask for her if it is your first time there! It is also very affordable compared to other waxing salons such as European Wax or other bigger corporations. They also have AMAZING hair treatments with massage at the same time as well as a ton of other beauty treatments. Over all I guarantee you will be in good hands here no matter who takes care of you! read more

I have been coming for here for at least 3 years. I love it! Sara is the best threader! She is precise and doesn't hurt your face. I have had one facial with Sara and she did a great job, whatever you want she will do. I like the pricing too; I get a good deal for the service i receive. i will continue to go back especially with Sara. The others girls are good for a quick job, but not as good as Sara! I highly recommend this place for service and price point. read more
