This restaurant is located on the outside perimeter of the Florida Mall and is in a pretty good location. I decided to stop in for a lunch to go and pleasantly pleased with the interior of the restaurant. I ordered a shish kebab pita with a side of garlic sauce which ran me about $12. While I waited, I saw that this place has everything from cigars and hookah which I feel like would be a nice late afternoon/early evening vibe. I did have to wait for a little under 20 minutes, however there were no customers there. I was expecting my food to be hot for the time I waited. However, it was not. The beef pieces were a bit chewy for my liking and were bland. I wish it had more seasoning or grill marks. The pita and veggies inside were fresh and the garlic sauce was the star of the show. The garlic sauce definitely elevates the pita. Based on the reviews, this place is pretty good but maybe I caught them on a bad day. It's on the outskirt of the Florida Mall and was a little hard to find. I walked all around the mall and through the food court before deciding to step outside and look for it. Anyway, we ordered a kefta kabob sandwich and a shish kabob sandwich. They also some some baklava and cigars there. The sandwiches were both very good. They were tightly wrapped in thin, crispy pita bread, making them easy to eat without everything falling out. The kefta meat was reasonably flavorful, and the fillings were good. The shish kabob was easy to eat, as this cubed meat can be tough sometimes. Service was friendly and pricing was reasonable. read more

Please note - they. Are located on the out side of the mall. I came around 1 pm on a week day. Parking is tough but it's a very busy mall. This places is clean. The floor, the glass in the door, the glass of the dessert Case is clean. I ordered the Kafta kebab platter with fries, hummus and rice. There was a small crowd of people however the service was pleasant. Stopped by here for lunch. I am a huge fan of shawarma and today I ordered a beef shawarma with an orange soda. The staff here is excellent and as I waited outside enjoying my side they brought my lunch out to me. This was absolutely delicious and generously packed with sliced beef, tahini , pickled turnips, parsley, tomatoes, and onions. Delicious! I am so happy that someone opened a middle eastern restaurant at the Florida mall!!! They make fresh food and fresh deserts like kanafa, baklawa and meals of course! I ordered a mixed shawarma with fries and a drink. It came out to about $13 which is fairly less expensive than leading competitors in this area. I am sorry to leave this review but the food was really awful. By no means this is a fresh food as advertised Grape Leaves were from a can. The kufta was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Meat was rubbery in consistency. Our waitress forgot to bring our falafel and juice and we were halfway done with our meal. I had to ask her for them and she didn't apologise for forgetting part of the meal. She said " Yeah Yeah ". The rice was cold and the falafel tasted awful. No way this is Fresh Falafel. I had heard good things about the Habibi Metrowest location and hadn't been able to try it yet but then saw there was another location at the Florida Mall, so since we were at the Mall, we tried there. First of all, this place is difficult to find if you don't know where it is. Though it is AT the Florida Mall, you can only get to it through an outside door. If you are at the Food Court, you need to go outside, turn left and it is a couple of doors down. There is no entry via inside the Mall, which isn't great when it is raining, like it was today. I ordered the Beef Shawarma platter that comes with hummus, tabouleh salad, and rice. My husband order the Beef Shish Kabob sandwich with roasted veggies. It took a while to get our food and we saw other tables waiting for theirs as well. I ended up getting my food a few minutes before my husband (it would have been nice to get it at the same time. The beef shawarma came with raw onions on top which I didn't see on the menu and wish I knew because I would have ordered it without onions. The beef was tasty, and was served with garlic sauce, but there were a few pieces that were all or mostly fat. The tabouleh was great though, and the hummus fantastic and very creamy. My husband thought his beef was too tough, although again, tasty. And the roasted veggies were spicy - to me it looked like the same seasoning as the spicy potatoes. Came here before my flight out of Orlando, was greeted by a friendly smile and told about the options. I typically eat healthy and this salad was AMAZING and good for you. Just like my grandma makes back home. This is real aunthetic food and is very reasonably priced. They loaded it with chicken, they have slices if cake for $3.99 here and tons of authentic middle eastern desserts. Where else would you find dessert for this price around here?? (1/3/2023) our Lebanese coworker wanted to celebrate the new year with a lunch out and suggested we come to Habibi. Aside from our mixed party, all others were conversing in Arabic. It's a quick-serve home style place at the Florida Mall. Of course, I did order so I could try all the things. The Baba Ganouge was very smoky, smooth, the large was a very large portion made for sharing. Grape leaves were homemade, lemony, however, some undercooked grains made them pretty chewy. A Mixed Kebab Platter had chicken, beef, and kofta, well-seasoned and flavorful. The falafels were crisp and moist on the inside, very satisfying mix of textures. The Cheese Pies (Manakish) and Meat pies (Lahmacun) were on a dense and chewy flatbread. The Meat Pie was schmeared with za'tar and a thin layer of ground meat. Be forewarned, the "Taste of Lebanon" is vegetarian and does not come with pita. We did have plenty to have for another meal. I was really digging the pickle and tomato garnishes that came with everything. Our coworker said it was the food of his home and was pleased to share it with us. read more

First time here and this place was absolutely delicious! We were contemplating eating here or a different restaurant. All 4 of us were glad we decided to stay here. Everything we ordered was fresh, super flavorful and delicious. Best of all, the food was filling. Probably one of the only places jn CFL to get shawarma wraps which are authentic. We just found out there's one in the FL mall and have to say they aren't as consistent as the location in Metro West. We asked for the chicken shwarma but please make it like the mixed which has the pickled vegetables and they had just put tomato and onions in it. To the point where the onions overpowered the wrap.
