Went to this location about a week ago with my Wife and it was infuriating. We waited over 25min in the drive through for a salad. Our order was taken and we waited 10min at the window just to pay(probably trying to make sure the wait time didn't look so long on their end) and still waited almost 20 more minutes to get the salad. We were the only ppl in line when we got there and the line picked up to 5 cars before we even paid. No "sorry for the wait" or anything for the mediocre salad that was better at other locations. read more

The food here was ok. I decided to try the Parmesan garlic fries and it was decent enough but could have used more Parmesan.. there was barely any Parmesan on mine. It came with a little cup of delicious garlic sauce on the side. I guess you're meant to pour it over the fries, but I used it as a dip. I really like that you can order from a kiosk. I use that option every time. Service here is always fantastic which is what led me to give it a higher score. I've had better burgers to be honest. Fun fact: they have a new $6 grown up meal. In the past I've loved habits salads. Not sure if it's this location only, or just a change to their "to go" salad containers, but now you get way less salad for your money. Is terrible it even includes the dressing in the top lid, which takes away even more space. Not worth the money anymore, at least not at this location. read more

I'm a senior citizen and didn't eat at Habit Burger in over 9 years. About two years ago they opened a new Habit Burger in Moreno Valley on Iris. Online they indicate Habit Burger on a whole is a top fast food place to eat when it opened a couple of years ago, the management was wonderful. The food was wonderful, but it was very slow in the drive-through. Now, at the present time, the food is horrible recently I ordered a club chicken sandwich. It comes with avocados, bacon, tomatoes, chicken, lettuce, the picture that is advertised it looks wonderful. I ordered it for the first time I didn't check my order until I got home. I took it home, opened it up and getting ready to eat it. It was slop. It was one limpy strip of lettuce on it not a lot of chicken thin slices of tomato and that's it, they left out the bacon and they left out the avocados how horrible. Another day I went to the habit on Iris in Moreno Valley through the drive-through. I was informed that it was the manager who was taking the orders through the drive-through. It took four times for me to tell her what I wanted to get my order right I only wanted a sandwich that's it. She couldn't even get it right she kept trying to give me fries with it. I told her no, I just wanted my sandwich and nothing else . She put a young boy on the mic, and he instantly took my order with no problem. I had told them that I didn't want any onions on it so when they gave me my sandwich through the drive-through, I noticed I opened it up before I left. It had onions all over it so I parked and went inside and told them just to give me my money back. I gave him back the sandwich. I don't even want it. I put in a complaint with habit. They sent me a reply back. Gave me a free char burgers. I went inside habit burger on Iris again they scanned my code to get a free char burger. I told him I want everything except no onions they told me sorry we do not have any more tomatoes they run out? This is just ridiculous. I am a senior citizen. I have ordered many of burgers everywhere like In-N-Out, I have no problems with the burgers for over 30 years. They never said they're out of tomatoes. Habit had to give me a container of cherry tomatoes. I took it home. I had to cut them up to put on my sandwich myself. This is ridiculous. Many reviews have been put in about this place for two years and nothing had happened it still horrible and it needs to stop. The food is very expensive. They need to get new management that's professional and Know what they're doing. In over two years of reviews have been posted about Habit burger on Iris. Complaints about the orders not right , about poor management , extremely slow, the wait through the drive-through, how do you get the order wrong , and nothing has been done. they just let us keep complaining and nothing's done. I'm never going back to habit iburger on Iris again I'm done. read more

Found a Hair on my Food! Last night at 7:05pm , this is so unacceptable I think hair knits should be a thing considering the fact that half the people that work here are females! Service was good but me finding a hair on my burger wasn't! I'm so upset.. literally half my burger gone and I find a hair mid way, lord knows how many other hairs I probably ate. I couldn't stop throwing up after, it was my first and last time eating here! Unfortunately and I was hyping up that hot red pepper sauce so much! I'm so disappointed. Ive had not great experiences here and this time im really over it lol Im not a rude person I was not rude to the people there at all I kindly approached because I understand mistakes can be made but it was not my mistake and Perla was not attentive nor tried to help or apologize for the inconvenience. I had somewhere to be with my family and we were about to be late for our flight, I got off work hungry all I wanted was the "fast" food or at least to get my order right after you don't communicate with us nor try to be quick the person at the window was very slow and its not the first time the same guy at the window or Perla mess up our order the only difference was the guy at the window had manners and was respectful while Perla was rude and after I showed her the bag of the wrong food she tells me to throw it away because "she can not touch it" but yet came back to check it after realizing it was in fact their mistake.... this was the third time I encountered Perla I dont know if its just to me that shes rude but I highly doubt it I even kindly told her "I dont mean to be rude but this isnt the first time I get my order wrong and try to talk and she just goes over me not even listeing just saying how there is only two people and what do I want her to do. The only thing I would've wanted from her was to try to do her job and show us she was trying to actually hurry my order a bit. We all got places to be I had a flight and had to come back becausw for the third time my order is wrong and she can not even try to make for it. This honestly sucks because my family and I always buy at habits specially this one because we live a few blocks down. Took advantage of their free Charburger sign-up offer. Burger was mediocre, maybe a little soggier than average. The real shocker was the obligatory "juice drink" required to invoke the free burger offer. The only explanation for this vile liquid is that someone mixed up a bottle of industrial cleaner with the fruit flavoring. It had me wondering if this wasn't a sinister plan to dispose of hazardous waste. There hamburgers are terrible, that's what we went in for. Each hamburger we ordered was served with a very greasy bun, and they fell apart while eating them because they were so soggy and wet with what ever it is they put inside. Went thru the habit drive thru today for lunch. Ordered the bbq char with fries and a large soda. The order was 17 almost 18 dollars and when asked if I wanted catchup I said no and that I would like bbq sauce to go with my fries. They attempted to charge me 60 cents. I was ready to cancel my order but the manager waved the fee for the sauce. 60 cents may not sound like a lot but when you are already paying a premium price for lunch and they try to nickel and dime you to death on sauces that's where I draw the line. Extremely disappointed with this Habit. I made an online order for a double charburger with no onion and no tomato and picked it up. When I got home I realize that the burger has onions slathered all over it. I then tried to call the restaurant and apparently they don't have a working phone number. Honestly the best burger joint in the area. The older Hispanic ladies are the most kind and competent food workers I've seen since moving here. Overall a lovely experience whether alone or with a small group, there is music playing at all hours, but it's never loud. Overall a very balanced ambiance.
