GOD BLESS THESE TWO WORKERS!!!! I am new to this crazy city, and on Sunday 2/22/25, it was my first time coming to this location and OMG was it PACKED!!!! There were people everywhere! Uber eats, families dinning in, kids screaming, people like me ordering to-go; omg it was pure chaos. LOL. I am not sure of their names, I think one is "Ant" (possibly the manager) and I'm not sure of the young mans name in grey (he has red braces) buuuut holy COW ! Give them a round of applause!!!! They were carrying the show! Customers were being so rude, yelling at the staff, demeaning their orders/ time it was going to take, asking questions left and right about their order etc. and not once did either of the two workers snap (lord know I would've) I personally told the young man he was doing great, and I truly hope he knows I meant it! He did a million shakes and FAST while answering everyone's demands and still trying to take orders to help the crazy line out. I definitely feel this must be the hardest job- fast food! The cooks were going as fast as they possibly could, and the people just kept pouring in. The pressure literally seemed like Hell's Kitchen ! Haven't been to the habit in years we went today because my boyfriend swears he's never eat the habit even though I remember taking him years ago, but whatever we went he ordered the sirloin steak sandwich with sweet potato fries. I took a bite of his sandwich. I thought it was very mid, not my style. The only thing that catches my eye is the Santa Barbara, which I didn't get this time I wanted to try something new so I got there avocado chicken wrap with a side of sweet potato fries. The wrap was OK. I would say it was a six. Just thought. It was very empty. It was lacking chicken. I also ordered a side of onion rings, which were definitely fire so crunchy and fresh. The sweet potato fries are some of the best. I've also tasted customer service. What's fine. My son says it's called "shrink inflation ", but there's no way these burgers are the same size as they were before. Well came to get my freebe habit hamburger for my birthday I ordered and funny how a transaction online caused my card to decline tried many times but no good. I Was frustrated and just ordered my freebe but I guess she was a manager or acting supervisor Teresa she still gave me my order sweet potato fries that was so sweet of her that is true customer service! Came here the other day for lunch with the wife. She had her free birthday burger from the app, that's always a plus right ?! I had double char. Big parking lot so parking isn't an issue. Was busy when I arrived. A line from the register to the door. No greeting from any associates after walking in. Not sure if anyone saw me or what but anywho. No greeting when I got to the pick up side to pick up my order. One associate was working in front of me. What I found funny was... my bag was sitting in visible sight. He put napkins in the bag and then moved it elsewhere instead of just asking me what was my name on the order. I thought I would've been asked that since I'm standing right there at the pick up counter. Must've waited at least several minutes before I was acknowledged. The associate was cool tho when he did speak. No attitude or anything. He was actually friendly. They just probably need better training. Furthermore, the BBQ Char was good. No complaints. I enjoyed it. The bacon was crispy enough. The right texture. Not burnt or overcooked. Same as the onion rings. First time having it and I wasn't disappointed. Must be an overstock of chicken due to their latest chicken sandwich promotions. Nonetheless, I was not turned away by the smell and proceeded to order burger combo + onion rings $20+. I was interested to try their Jamaica at the beverage bar. For those curious like myself, it was very light pink and tasted extra sweet like the sugar drink mix. Eating good food is habit, and The Habit must be good, with a bold name such as this. So, I'm a Texan who was visiting, and I've heard from many that this is the place to try in LA, lets say: a staple of the city. So, I had to try this. The place is nestled in a neat shopping center. Staff was eager to greet me and seemed pretty friendly while walking inside. At first glance the restaurant has plenty of seating, and seemed fairly clean. There were great smells of meat and burgers from outside of the door just inviting me in. The sounds of grill cooking up some good food are still playing in my ears. There are tons of burger, sandwich, and salad options that look absolutely appealing. During this visit they were promoting the return of the "Patty Melt", so that was what I ended up scarfing down my throat. It was a pretty of a greasy mess, but I have no regrets. We also ordered a Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad, which was absolutely delicious, and a huge quantity. As a Texas, I was very impressed. The chicken was grilled to perfection, while the veggies tasted fresh. For sides, we had the "Most Loved", Tempura Green Beans, and along with some Sweet Potato Fries (I'm a sucker for some sweet potato). These sides were delicious. Never in my wildest dreams have I Tempura fried a green bean, but it works. Prices were fair, and the food was delicious with good portions that made a Texas smile. Two thumbs up. read more

The restaurant was a bit messy but not a problem. They were kind of slow too. All the employees were talking and joking around. It's ok, enjoy your workplace but got dang I'm hungry! Habit Burger is a chain and there are a few in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. This one, like everyone I have been to, is great. This is not some cheap hamburger. They are so good. They are juicy and made perfectly every time. They have great chicken sandwiches and boy, their onion rings are super. They also have shacks and any drink you may want. The place is always clean. The service is very nice, give them a minute, they are making your burger for you. This is not Jack in the Box. We have never been disappointed here and I think you will love it. About a month ago I placed an order through the app and I immediately received a text stating my order was ready. I thought that was strange so I went to the location and when I got there there were 2 employees. One of them told me that they were closed because the kitchen wasn't working. They were giving refunds to anyone who ordered through the app with their debit card but I ordered with a gift card. The other employee told me she would reach out to customer service for me because she wasn't sure how I would get my money back. I asked how long it would take for me to get a credit and she said 5-7 days. It's been a month. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and there also hasn't been a response. So not only did I not get my food, but I have not received a refund either. With the lack of communication it makes it seem like they don't care and that's not really a place I want to continue going to. read more

I always order your Cobb Salad. I went ahead and ordered the SN Cobb to go. Very disappointed with you changing the dressing to ranch. Then the lettuce consisted of mostly empty calories lettuce not the usual green lettuce. The cheese was changed to the cheese used on the hamburgers. I will not choose this salad again.
