HORRIBLE JERSEY MIKES!!!!! I placed an order for pickup at 6:10 and got there and my sandwich was not ready and it looked like they were prioritizing the in house orders since they seemed busy. Got my food around 6:20 and they didn't add avocado which is honestly expensive to add for how much they give you. Luckily i opened it in store and was able to give it back for them to add it. They gave me the wrong sandwich and i made the mistake of walking out before I checked it. I understand being busy but giving me a completely different sandwich is not okay UPDATE: called the store they offered to remake it which is fine but not one apology for their mistake because no one there was able handle a busy time in the day. I wanted to try the new hot Italian sandwich promotion they were offering. It was on Sunday around 1:30pm with no line and couple people eating inside. The place is always nice and clean. Our server/order taker was Destinee and she was really nice and friendly when taking my order. The sandwich is really good, prepared well and would get it again. read more

Really disappointed in the workers here. I had an online order for pickup at 5:50 and arrived a little early at 5:30. We just went inside and let the workers know we don't mind waiting because we know we are a little early. They looked at us like we did something wrong and told us we have to wait no matter what. Mind you, there's no customers in the store. We see they go to the back in the empty store for a while and we are still waiting. We do not get our order until 6:10 even tho the store was empty but they were in the back. The food was not even made correctly they were missing some condiments we had added. Our cups we received were had broken lids. And our sub in a tub was not even chopped up at all. Not friendly at all, terrible customer service. read more

Ordering online doesn't necessarily mean that your order will be ready when picking up. Which is what has happened on three occasions. Not to mention customizing your order doesn't mean that it will be made as ordered. Not all the employees are friendly and polite. I'll order Subway from now on. read more

Today i got my usual Italian and was given a pathetic amount of avocado added for 4 extra dollars. It was not even 1/8 of a tiny avocado and when I mentioned it, I was met with a "too bad, so sad" attitude. I come here frequently but will no longer continue to do so. read more

I'm pretty sure one of your employees just robbed the $20 from my order and I will be calling the manager tomorrow. My order came out to be $16.55 and I entered my phone number for rewards. Well those points aren't showing up on my rewards and I gave her a $20 bill, and it looked like she didn't ring up the sale because she gave me back $3.07 instead of $3.45. I asked her for a receipt so I can double check the charge because she didn't ask if I wanted one or not. She hesitated and then made her own receipt showing as unpaid. I could care less about the 45 cents, I'm more mad about not getting my shore points since jersey mikes is not cheap! Beware paying cash at this store! read more

Saturday 11/29/22 Called in an order for 3 Hot Sandwiches 11:28 am on a Saturday arrived for pick just a few minutes later order was ready. I tried to pay with cash no change in the cash register Manager Heidi never set up the cash register. Employee called for Mgr. w/ no response, i waited & waited. People came in & out who had ordered on line. After waiting patiently i asked again can you get me out of here, call the Mgr. again with no response they started texting her shes now responding while on the toilet in the restroom. In the restroom using her phone getting the message & responding as i still wait 2 purchase my food. Now it 's 11:58 she comes to the register i made my complaint that i ordered hot sandwiches forced to wait a long period of time while she (Heidi) was in the restroom on her phone texting her employees. I wanted a discount. Now she has my money & sandwiches. Refused to discount my soggy sandwiches after putting the cash in the register. I told her never mind keep the food give me my money back. She didnt want to give me my money back.. After only getting change for my purchase i left. I left 12:08 pm The shop opened at 10am and at 11:40 am still no cash set up in register. Oh ya Fuck Heidi & jersey mikes why hire managers that cant speak or handle complaints i also called corporate and had no return call after going straight into district offices voice mail. The turkey sub Mike's way is good. I like to get the relish on the side. That also gives it a good kick.

Great subs, friendly staff, and legit keto options. I'll admit I felt a little awkward asking about my "sub in a tub" when I didnt even know what it was called. The staff super cool about it and knew exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate that, especially when you are hungry. Nice and clean dining room and good customer service. My "philly special" was whatever. I ordered my sandwich but was never asked if I wanted to add anything to it. There were a couple condiments I wanted to add. That being said the sandwich itself was whatever. There is no way the "giant" is worth 15 bucks, I'm sorry it just isn't. I love Jersey Mike's Subs because it better than Subway and Quiznos subs because it feel like they make fresh at the spot and also they slice they own meats that they in their meat concern. Jersey Mike's Subs is well know famous in the East coast and speading to the west coast bring the flavors of the east coast. My wife and I including my father-in-law went to Jersey Mike's sub in Pico Rivera for lunch, when we arrive to the restaurant there was a long line but it was quick then we were next to order. Jersey Mike's sub is getting more popular than Subway so quickly. My wife and my father-in-law both mimi Jersey Shore's favorite then I order a regular of the original Italian. The staff were friendly and got our order correct and then we sat down and eat our subs.. My wife and my father-in-law enjoy their mimi sub. I really enjoy my original Italian sub great flavors like provolone, ham, prosciutto, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni combine then in one delicious flavor bite that my taste buds enjoy. I add banana pepper in my sub that add more flavors that I really enjoy. Overall Jersey Mike's sub is probably the best sub around. I recommend Jersey Mike's sub to my family and friends and including my Yelp friends. read more

Visited this location a few times and avoided reviewing it because chains can always go one way or another. Well, this is quite the exception. If I could give it 4.5, I would, but they share a parking lot with lesser joints of worth. That said, I actually would go out of my way to visit this location due to the wonderful staff. I can't stand over the top, fake- friendly or conversely the "I could give a toss about this job, so please move it along" attitude of the majority of chains. Trust me on this one, it may seem weird, but the people who work here are really cool and come off as pretty darn genuine. On my first time visit, they even gave me a cookie! Woot Woot! read more

The reason for this review though is to acknowledge the customer service is awesome here. I placed an order through the app to have picked up due to social distancing. Apparently, I made the mistake of ordering a sub that I thought was my usual. It wasn't....I went back to explain my mistake. The young man was awesome to make me another sandwich that I could eat.
