I said "why don't you call her" finally a woman "manager" came over and said something to her and she finally went on a register. I was literally in line over 10 minutes. Not acceptable and will not return. AND the associates who were on break were smoking right outside the front doors! Totally unacceptable!!

I arrived during their slow hours so it was fairly quiet. The shelves seemed to be fully stocked with tons of things to check out. I was focused on the outdoor area specifically string lights and an umbrella. I was satisfied with the vast options and was able to select what I was looking for. The outdoor rugs were okay, I didn't find what I was exactly looking for in that department but I was still glad there were plenty options. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? I have 5 rescue dogs so needed to let them out at noon, so the team would always clean up the area nicely so the pups could go out. Having a work team who shows that effort of kindness goes a long way with me. I have had work crews in the past who could care less. So from start to finish the whole process was excellent. I went to Farm and Garden Station not too far away and picked up two beautiful flats of Vinca for $19.99, Gasper has them for $29.99. I still like Gaspers but feel they made a poor business decision.
