so this past Sat we went, expecting it to be crowded, we arrived at 6pm however the place not very busy n we sat immediately in the enclosed patio From the moment we sat, no service, literally kept asking for drink and good menus. We had to then repeatedly ask for chips n salsa and water. Drink orders taken but waited like 15 min for drinks, still no menu or water. Finally meal order taken, asked more chips, waited like another 15 min. We finally got meals but no place-setting, had to wait for that, my GF enchiladas were cold n the cheese not melted, she didn't wanna say a word, we all know what is rumored to happen to our food when we complain. We went shopping at Costco and wanted a late lunch. We discovered Hacienda in Spring Valley. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service, what more can you ask for! While enjoying our hot food, we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. His dad owns The Hacienda in Goshen. WOW! that is one our favorite places to eat at close to home. I went there Like one month ago. First of all the servicie very rude that even said hello. Second the woman who make the tortilla was eating while making the tortillas and the third that really upset me was the bill was to expensive, when we check the prices we finger it out, that they went charging us more that the prices show at the menu, so we told them and they came back saying that it was their mistake, but again the bill was wrong the prices didn't match whit the actual menu prices. read more

My favorite thing here is the guac that they make right in front of you. I get to choose to leave out cilantro (worst invention since the snuggie). The guac is so addictive I could just get that. They are very friendly as well. The food is average but priced very well. They also give a mudslide after dinner (free of charge). Fun atmosphere on the weekend with live music. read more

So we ate here yesterday there's was ten people in our party which fine they were able to accommodate at one table. We ate the food was okay nothing to brag about.when it came time to get the check we're looking at it and it's $45 dollars over the amount so we tell our waiter which is a man he was fine with he took the check back to fix. He brings back the check with the same price and this time it's itemized.But the prices next to each dish is like a few dollars more than it's supposed to be and one dish in particular is like $4 dollars over.No this was not the tax,and we asked if it was more because it was the day before Mother's Day and they said no. So now the woman owner comes over and says you know what don't and leave I don't care because everyone else paid there check and didn't have a problem.we said no that's not what we want we just want to pay the correct prices so she said get out of my restaurant and they're was a dollar on floor that a chip had dropped in outle party she said oh pick up your dollar cause you neede more then we do. So we got up and left and gave the money for the one person in our party to pay and he was gonna just put it on his credit card. She said I told you to leave but our friend said no I have to pay my bill so he gave the cash to original waiter and we explained she doesn't want to charge the rest on credit card he said that's fine but we want to give you a tip because you were a good waiter she's got a problem so we tipped him a large tip and left and she was still saying to him just leave now stop occupying my time. this place and owner is the worst they like to rip people off And they are not professional I feel sorry for people that have to work with this lady owner. I've been there a few times. Tried different dishes and not bad. I am mexican and food it's kind of authentic, the best is hand made tortillas. I think the waiters have to be a little more friendly when you arrive and pay more attention when the costumers need something instead being seating with their cellphones in hand. it feels like you are in Mexico, but you do pay tourist prices. it is very authentic Mexican food. Probably the most authentic you will find in the tri state area. It is very good. it is just a bit pricey. I am not sure how the regulars can afford it, but, maybe that is why my landscaping bill is so high. read more
