There are a lot of businesses nearby, such as Rachel's Kitchen and Chase Bank. There are plenty of fuel spots available, and prices seemed competitive to other fuel centers in the area. I like the way this gas station is set up and besides, it's just minutes from home. It's obviously in the same plaza as Smith's (hence the name) and with other essential shops. There are many pumps available and the size of the property makes it easy to maneuver your car in and out of the lot. This is not your traditional gas station where customers can go in and shop. The only drawback to this - no restroom available. It's okay, Starbucks is only a few steps away to save the day! ;) The beverages are in the fridge located at the center of it all. There's a small shop where employees are available to assist you with items you can find at a gas station. It is located in the intersection of Elkhorn and Durango. It's also easy access to 95 and the 215. Smith's gas station's price is usually lower than the other major competitors that are nearby. So, no brainer here to do the math! read more

While I understand your rebellion from Visa the impact to your customers is significant! My preferred method of payment is Visa and your lack of acceptance is troubling. A few years back there was a decrease made to the amount Visa could charge you yet I saw no decrease in my grocery bill. I don't normally go to this Smith's anymore since the new one opened and it's closer to my house, however we happened to be across the street today & I was trying to make a quick trip out with my Autistic son quicker. It's always a challenging day out to run errands as it is. This Smith's just made it 100% worse for me! Their customer service obviously left with the new Sky Canyon Smith's. This is only the 2nd time I have been in this store since the new one opened. The customer service desk is always unfriendly and the cashiers all look miserable like they hate their jobs! This store makes up their own policies for coupons and returns and everyday they seem to be different. No one is ever on the same page. My 3 year old son is not always well behaved & quick outings are extremely difficult but even more so when there are judgmental employees who want to be rude and make things even more difficult for me. I left this smith almost in tears today. I'm trying not to let it ruin my whole day but I definitely won't be back to this Smith's! read more

Never an issue here. Great customer service and many pumps to choose from...and i understand as a former business owner why you stopped taking visa cards. Their fees killed us years ago. Only wish you had a car wash. But thats ok. Great price deduction from shopping in the store. Can save me anywhere from .10 to .30 cents. read more

So I'm at the deli. I walk up and the two people are behind the counter. I wait... and I'm guessing that once they finish their conversation they'll assist. No... the first person walks pass and I say hi to get their attention she keeps walking. I'm like.... WHAT?! I then walk over and ask hi is one going to help. She tells me, "Oh I need to finish cleaning." So because she can't even catch on that cleaning is a task normally, in customer service that you get back to once the customer is gone. But no, she gets annoyed that I even asked for assistance. And try's to belittle by saying I think I'm a star. No I expect for you to do your job. This woman was older so for her to behave like this was weird. I let her no her behavior was rude. I then opened my phone to leave a review. I'll also contact Yvonne, the manager of deli first thing in the morning. Everyone is normally really nice but this woman displayed no common sense and was argumentative. Disgusting! read more

Selling 87 octane in the 91 octane pumps. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Well I used to use this gas station all the time. Who does not love a discount on fuel. I drove back from Cali and was on empty so pulled in and had a full tan fill up. 2 days later I was booked in for a service. When I go to pick the car up the advisor says I need to use 91 and not 87... i of course said I only use 91 and it annoys me that is the max as the minimum the car should run on is avtually 93. He said they see it all the time and asked where I got my gas. I said smiths and he said he has heard it before. Difference is I have the proof. A receipt from the gas station and a receipt from Bmw and their fuel test. They recommended chevron and said they actually sell you what you paid for. Dept of agriculture and weights and measurements has been contacted. I called the store and complained and was hung up on twice and treated like an ass even though they are the ones stealing from me. Thankfully Nevada is a one party consent record state and I have those employees all recorded and hanging up. I will never use this store or gas station again and recommend you do the same also. Some will say it does not effect the car or engine bla bla bla and yes an engine designed to run on dirt and like dirt can. I drive amg and m sport cars and it will destroy an engine and you are left with the Jill after you paid for good gas and got dirt.
